Australia doesn't understand the concept of NAPLAN, neither does his citizens.
(For those who don't know what NAPLAN is then NAPLAN is a sort different tests you have to do in Year 3,5,7 & 9. It's really stupid in my opinion as it make people freak out because when the results get back the states compare eachother and it's really annoying)
