I ordered some reusable pads around January of 2019, and I have been using them ever since! (As of September 2019)

I don't always use them at night, but I do use them in the day a lot.

I would rate them 5 stars because they are more comfortable than disposable pads, they don't have chemicals in them, they absorb everything and keep you dry just like a disposable pad, and you can rinse them out in 1 minute.

How to clean them:
I rinse them out with water in the sink, and sometimes I use some hydrogen peroxide too. After all the blood is out, I fold in and squeeze the water out that way. After the water is out, I hang them on a hanger with clips to dry. (The kind of hanger that has clips on it) and after they air dry, I put them in my hamper and wash them with everything else!

It doesn't take long to get them ready to wash.
Just rinse, squeeze, hang to dry, then wash with your other things.

How to dry them:
You should dry them by either taking them out of the washer and hang them to air dry, or put the dryer on low heat or no heat, and dry them with your other clothes.

Where to buy them:
You can get them on amazon, or Etsy, or you can get them from people who hand make them, who usually sell on Etsy to their own website. (Or if you know how to sew, you can make them, if you watch a tutorial.) You can find them on Instagram if you search #reusablepads. You will find people who hand make them there!

I got mine on amazon in a pack of 5.

You can buy them in different sizes and lengths.
