Like I said today marks the 300th year mark since the War, and I was spending it with The Gang
"Oh shut your prodigious ass up, I'm coming"
I faintly heard Alex mumbled some choice words "Hurry up!! Our window for going to earth is closing and we have to go now!!!" he said impatiently
That just caused me to go slower
"I swear Ria I will come in there and drag you out by your wings-" Alex said and I laughed before coming out of my private chambers
"Alright, alright I'm ready" I said
Alex rolled his eyes "Fucking finally-" He flew off and I followed
We meet up with John by the portals which lead to different spots around the world
"This'll be fun" John said as Alex landed next to him
I nodded "messing with humans is fun"
Alex and John both nodded in agreement before Herc and Laf came. Both were a bit disheveled and there was a hickey poking out from under Laf's collar
"Jesus Christ you guys-" Alex said and face palmed
The two had smug looks on their faces "Well while you 3 were fussing we were having fun" Herc said as he hugged Laf from the side
I rolled my eyes "Alright, we get it, you two fucked now let's-" I started before being cut off by a familiar commanding voice
"And where are you 5 going??" We all turned white and turned to Washington who had his arms crossed and wings spread out as an intimidation method
It worked-
I can see why everyone mainly call him General, other than the fact he was one of course
Alex was the smoothest liar so he spoke for us
"We're just going to work, nothing bad" he said nonchalantly
"At 9 o'clock at night?" Washington raised an eyebrow accusingly and fanned his wings out more
Alex nodded "mhmm, Ria's onto someone, Laf spotted a group illegally crossing the border, and John and I are helping him. Oh and Herc ran out of fabric" Alex said smoothly
Washington sighed and nodded "I guess I'll let you go... no funny business and Alex!" he said
Alex cowered a bit "Yes sir...."
"Leave the Angels alone, Martha is sending them to Earth to watch after the humans and I don't want any trouble for her" with that he flew off quickly
John recovered first "So the Angels are gonna be there?" he asked
Laf nodded "What if we-"
"No way, Washington is already onto us, there's no way we are messing with any Angels" Alex countered
John, Herc and Laf groaned "Come on Lexiiiiiiiiii" John cooed and picked up Alex "Pleaseeee, just for tonightttt" he whined
Alex struggled on choosing but he sighed "Alright fine..."
The Three cheered and John set Alex down before launching himself through the portal leading to New York
Herc and Laf followed, howling in excitement as they dove through
Alex rolled his eyes "After you" he bowed towards the portal
I walked by and tripped his feet up then flew towards the portal
I heard Alex cursing loudly but it was cut off as I hit the portal and disappeared to New York
