In Hakutori Academy, students in each grade look up to a group of people. No, not teachers but students in the third year of the batch which exhibit excellent results for all their three years in high school. They are dubbed the Royalty of Hakutori. There are six of them.

Physics, Biology and Chemistry

Additional and Elementary

Art and Home Economics

Gym and Sports

There are Six Royals in Hakutori. There is Miyoru Yukiko, Queen of Languages. There is Ichihara Nobara, King of Humanities. There is Tachibana Kisa, King of Mathematics. There is Genji Misaki, Queen of Aesthetics. There is Ayase Shirori, Queen of Physical Education. There is Nakamura Akihiko, King of Sciences and also, the Emperor. Because not only he is good at sciences, he was the overall reigning at all the other subjects.

To be a Royal, you need to keep all your subjects above the average mark of 85. Afterwards, the past Royals will decide who will take over each subject by seeing who has the overall highest marks in each subject. The Emperor or Empress will also be voted by the past Royals to assume position. The position of Royals begins at the end of your second year and ends as you graduate. People who find displeasure in the Royals may choose to duel for the position. This is only possible with the permission of the Emperor and the reigning Royal themselves. A duel happens during a major exam, be it mid years of end years. However, the person must be consistently scoring above 70 marks in all subjects including the subject of which is duelled. If the Emperor deems it useless to fight, there will be no duel even if the reigning Royal agrees.

Because the Royals are there to help and aid the school population. If a untrustworthy person becomes a Royal, they will not be helpful and that destroys the point of it. Royals are meant to replace teachers in times of need. They are free to do whatever they wish during school times, as long as they turn up for exams and important events.

That is what a Royal is.

[Hello! I'm SilverHelia here. I am very sorry for a period of inactivity and hiatus. I am currently headed towards my national examinations and they are nearing soon. However, I was planning on releasing this story before then, to see if you guys will like this kind of stories. I had this planned out and scribbled during my Physics prelims(which was a panic attack for me) and I scribbled the storyline on my physics paper. Despite that, I found it extremely funny and interesting as an idea for a fanfic and quickly made plans to write it. After a bit of planning and drawing, I managed to come up with this plot.
