There are some things you should never do when it comes to Batman. Things that will put you on Batman's list of people he despises. These things go in order of least threatening to most. There is a long list but the top four are: dye his costume pink, threaten his city, free or work for the Joker, but the one thing you should never do, the one that will cause the full rathe that is Batman, the thing that has held first place for four year and will continue to hold first place for, hopeful, the rest of Batman's life. This thing that you must NEVER do under any circumstance is....hurt Wally West. Batman has always held a soft spot for the red-haired speedster, always been a bit protective over him, but ever since they started dating, other than his family which included Nightwing, Robin and of cause Alfred, Batman has been extremely protective of him, and a little possessive too. For example, when Superman placed his hand on Wally's arm for a second longer then Batman liked, he gave Superman a death glare that made him come up with some excuse before leaving the room in a bit of hurry. Wally turned to him with a raised eyebrow and Bruce merely stated that he wasn't sorry, and Wally just smiled with an amused eye roll before kissing Bruce lovingly. Which very quickly turned into a very intense make out session on the table were Batman left so many love bits as a way of making people back off when Wally wasn't wearing the Flash suit, but he always made sure to inform Wally as he pounded into him, that he belonged to Bruce, that Wally was his and no one else's, which Wally agreed to with pleasured screams.

One thing Bruce didn't know however, was Wally made a mental note of Bruce's possessiveness over him and used it, only every now and then, to get what he considered to be the hottest sex he and Bruce shared. Don't get Wally wrong, for someone who could run so fast they could time travel, he did enjoy the slow passionate love making they had, or even the desperate 'I need you' make out sessions after missions that just confirmed for both of them that they were both alive and okay. However, the ruff, dominating, claiming sex they had whenever Batman got possessive over Wally was extremely hot. So, every now and then, but not to offer so Bruce would figure out what he's doing, he'd find a way of making Bruce feel possessive, ether by touching someone else for a beat too long, or letting them touch him for a beat too long and that was it, they'd be out of the room in seconds, courtesy of Batman; which Wally would always apologise for later, and the mind blowing make out session on any flat surface, chair, wall or even just by pure muscle where Batman would keep him off the ground and he'd just kinda bounce, would commence.

So, why the need to know top four things you should never do with Batman? It helps you to know where things went wrong today. Everything started off fine to begin with......

"Morning Bruce!" Wally greeted when he came down stairs thinking he was the first up.

"You're up early. Any special reason?" Bruce asked giving he a quick peck on the lips before asking in horror. "It's not our anniversary is it?"

Wally couldn't help his amused chuckle. "No, not our anniversary, but it's sweet to know you care enough that you pale at the idea of forgetting it."

Bruce smiles as he shook his head, amused despite Wally poking fun at him. Then with curiosity he started to list things off. "Someone's birthday?"

"Uh uhh." Wally smirked playfully.

"Alfred's got a girlfriend?" Bruce thought he could at least join in with the fun.

Wally laughed joyously, covering his mouth and looking quite guilty at the fact he was laughing at the idea, which made Bruce chuckle softly. "Nope."

Bruce paled as a look Wally couldn't quite identify came upon his features. "Please don't tell me that one of the boys has gotten a tattoo, a girl pregnant, or got drunk then married in Vegas and I somehow don't know about it?" It was more a statement then a question, but Wally understood Bruce's reason, they were for all intentional purposes, his sons.

"NO! I promise you, no. Believe me, I know that out of the two of us they'd be more willing to come to me about that kind of stuff, but if they had I'd slap them on the back of the head for doing something so stupid. All except for a tattoo unless they were drunk getting it." Wally reassures Bruce, but Bruce raised a questioning eyebrow when Wally said he'd allow the tattoo. "Well I'd let Nightwing anyway, just because he is 20 now and it's his choice, he's a grown man now and gets to make his own choices when it comes to his body, and I would be willing to break the news to you gently. However, any of the other things he'd still get both my wrath and yours. He may be 20, but he's still too young for that. However, if he was taking responsibility for his actions, I'd be more inclined to let him off, but not before giving one hell of a lecture." Wally explained himself, Bruce smiles fondly.

Wally really took quite the mother role in their family. He was a lot softer on the boys, more forgiving and more willing to listen and be open to them, but he could bring down the hells of fire on them if it was needed. Once, Bruce came home to two fairly freighted boys after they nearly got themselves killed. Mostly of their actions and what could have happened if things had gone wrong, but also a little of Wally.

Never underestimate the power of the mother. Wally probably had more power than Bruce over the boys because of how emotionally connected with them he was. Don't get Bruce wrong, ever since Wally came into his life he's been a lot more open to his family. Batman was another story, because Batman didn't need fixing, he didn't need to change, the thing that needed to change was that Bruce didn't remain as Batman after the suit was taken off, which Wally did a marvellous job at doing, even Alfred was impressed with that one. The only reason Bruce and the boys both had a slight fear of Wally was because of his gentle nature, when someone gentle snaps, you know all hell is about to break loose. That's why they feared him when he was angry, because he never was, so you knew that when Wally was mad, and it was aimed at you, all you could do was take it, because there was no way you were out-running the Flash, and believe Robin, he was stupid enough to try it once.

"So, what is it?" Bruce asked with a playful eye roll.

"I think I almost time travelled last night." Wally said with glee.

Bruce on the other hand almost chocked on the coffee he'd made himself while guessing why Wally was up so early. "What?" He asked in shock.

"Well, I know that uncle Barry could do it when he was still alive and was the Flash." A pained expression came over Wally's face at the mention on his uncle. Ever since Bruce found out about what happened to Barry after the whole Time Lord fiasco, Bruce completely understood why it hurt Wally to remember. Despite all these years, the pain of the lose still stung. Bruce knew better than anyone how that felt. "Plus, after the whole Time Lord thing and finding out I'd learn eventually, I thought that maybe it would be a good time to start learning. Not to change anything, because in order for things to have worked out how they are now, what happened then needs to happen. I understand the whole butterfly effect so please spare me a lecture on, if I try going back and changing anything, then we might not have met, I may not have been born. I get it...but I still wanted to try...and last night I think I almost got it." Wally said seriously, you could tell he was happy about almost succeeding at unlocking this part of himself, but he also needed Bruce to know that once he'd mastered it, he wasn't going to do anything stupid with it.

"I'm happy for you." Bruce places his forehead on Wally's "I know you'd never do anything without thinking it through too, I trust you Wally." Wally released a shaky breath he didn't realise he was holding, and they just stayed like that for a while. Happy with the silence, and to just be with each other and have the company of the one they love.

Okay, maybe not quite the average morning, Wally had some big news, but apart from the early rising and big news, this was how they normally started there day. They'd greet each other warmly, kiss each other affectionately, eat breakfast while talking about what there plains where for the day, then just spending whatever quality time they could together while the boys got ready for their days, while Alfred informed Bruce of any meetings or phone calls he needed to make, then they'd go do their jobs. Bruce would be Bruce Wayne, Wally would be a pizza delivery boy that was never late, then they'd come together as Batman and Flash in the watch tower where they'd all be assigned different things. Although, there was something else different about today, Bruce Wayne was going to ask Wally West to marry him. What could go wrong??
