You'd best answer carefully after what he's saying next." And the civilian council said yes.they are different items and...." They All started sweating knowing now where this was going. Naruto noticed this and decided to go ahead with what he planned next.and sealed The knife in the scroll and said." So according to you, based on what I've demonstrated. You finally admit that you and The village are the monsters!!!. Not me!!!. " Naruto started channeling his Phoenix chakra and said as the chakra covered his entire body." BECAUSE I COULD SHOW YOU WHAT A REAL MONSTER IS RIGHT NOW!!!." Naruto Then pulled out his bow and arrows and drawing back said." Wind style screaming phoenix arrow." And just before he released The arrow and killed The arrogant woman koaharu spoke up and said." Naruto Sama. We are very sorry for any pain an torture that you've gone through because of our arrogance.we also beg you to spare us oh mighty Kami Sama!!!
