"OH. MY. GOSH." I exclaimed to my friend as I read the article on my sparkling purple laptop. "Sean Williams just broke up with Carla Anderson!"
"Who just broke up with who?" My friend Lynn asked me. "You know, the actor and the singer?" I replied. She gave me a puzzled look. "Okay...I'm just going to say that I know who they are so we don't go further into this conversation."
"Fine." I sighed, closing my laptop. "Are you hungry? 'Cause I am."
"Yeah, I guess I'll have a snack," she said. "Alright. Let's go." I stood up and walked out of my room, Lynn following.
Once I was in the kitchen, I grabbed some apples and peanut butter and Lynn got a green apple. I took a bite out of mine and I felt an unexpected and unbearable pain and numbness in my tongue. "Auhhh!" I moaned loudly, sticking out my tongue. I almost screamed when I tasted a trickle of blood. Lynn gawked at me as I groaned." A-uuuhtt aah-enned?!" I asked. I meant to say ' What happened?! ' "You...you're...um..." she stuttered.
" Aiih uuht?" I said, starting to panic. " You...erm.." She sighed. "Your teeth are...sharp as knives.. and, uh, you kind of... impaled your tongue..and.. your eyes are... eh...glowing...? You're also...bleeding like crazy..." She stared at me with her mouth forming an 'o'. I screamed however you could with your impaled, bleeding tongue sticking out of your mouth and sprinted to the bathroom. I drooled a pool of blood while Lynn called nine-one-one. I swear, nothing like this has ever happened before in my entire life!
I'm not a freak!
