(Saiki's POV)
Why am I here...?
Makoto needed help with a role that he had in a movie he was in, so he chose me. I kept my glasses off for this and that caused me to get a lot of looks from other people.
"Hey, Makoto, why did you choose me to play this role? I'm just in a relationship with you. I'm not all that special." I asked him.
He looked over at me and smiled.
"It's not just because of our relationship, its because your cute, you're really good at hiding your real feelings from anyone, and then you're... In a relationship with me.
I sighed and we continued walking down the hall of the agency. Makoto burst through a door with me following behind him.
"Mugami, is this the new actor?" A woman asked. He nodded and suddenly a bunch of people grabbed me from behind and dragged me into a changing room and did my makeup.
I walked out of the door and looked around. This is humiliating... I look like a chuunibyou!
(What Saiki looks like)
"He looks great! Good jobs guys, now here's the script, you need to memorize scene 2." The woman directed me. I nodded and grabbed the script she had given to me before.
This story is actually pretty decent. I am the love rival, and I am a villain that kidnapped my soon to be love interest, and when she beat me, I had fallen in love with the pain she gave me so I followed her.
I end up dying in the end, but I still like my character. He is pretty much the only decent one in this whole movie, which is kind of bad.
Actually, the script really bothered me so I ended up rewriting it, changing the plot a tad, then I could finally rest easy. Just kidding, I still have to do my scene. Yare, yare, how troublesome.
"Alright, you're on! Did you get your lines memorized?" The director (the woman from earlier) asked. I nodded my head and handed her the script that I rewrote.
"Hm? Why are you giving this back to me?" She asked.
"I rewrote it, changed the plot a little, made the characters a little more decent and not completely crappy, you guys need to get better at writing movies," I commented.
"Oh... okay?" She mumbled. I walked towards the set and we had started recording. This was actually quite fun, and it seemed to be therapeutic for me.
We finished recording our scene and I went off stage. Soon, Makoto came and greeted me and told me I did a good job. I looked at him and made a decision I hope I won't regret.
"Makoto, I am going to be an actor full time." I nonchalantly said.
"Oh, cool! WAIT, WHAT?!"
