Dark Side Of The Moon

Prologue

“He must never know that I bore his child” The woman looked at the baby resting in her arms with disgust. The room they were in was poorly lit and the light that reached them was only able to show the baby revealing its features.

The baby had silver hair and beautiful big violet eyes, its skin was as white as snow and it had a half moon birthmark on its left arm which indicated its heritage, something that no one in the room took into consideration due to their lack of knowledge of what it may bring about.

“It was tough but I managed to convince the mage to give me the spell sister, he gave me this dust and a spell to use, said it would disguise it the way we want.” He took out a small pouch containing the dust that the mage had given him.

It was in fact masking dust made of half a spoon of dusk dew, mountain air, volcano flame, half a twig of wolfvane all crushed into a fine powder which to a human eye would look like a hand full of dirt from the floor.

The man took every single particle out of the pouch and looked at the woman for permission, who nodded with delight.

“Imagine how you want it to look like sister” he said as he watched the woman close her eyes and open them again with a smirk on her face

"go on brother, be done with it” and with that the man instructed the woman to remove the blanket covering the baby's cloth less body and sprinkled the dust all over it while canting the spell that the mage had taught him.

“Visor Domino" A bright light illuminated the room as soon as the words left his mouth and the baby began to change features. By the time the light vanished the baby no longer held its previous features, the only thing that did not change was the birthmark on its left arm and neither the man nor the woman paid attention to this tiny detail.

“The deed is done sister" the man smiled menacingly, as the woman lifted the now unconscious baby to the air and grinned evilly.
