"Babygirl do you have anything left" My father asked me walking into my old room
"No everything's in the truck" I stood up from the floor
"Sweetheart I will miss you so much" My mom said hugging me with tears coming down her face
"I'll miss you too mom, i'll see you around thanksgiving" I hugged her back
"Tom make sure she's doing good in school and make sure she's getting her daily check up" My mom said giving him my transfer papers and my medication
"I know this Karen don't worry if i need anything I will call you" he assured her
"I love you mom" I kissed her cheek
"I love you to sweetheart make sure you call me everyday or almost everyday" she moved a piece of hair out of my face
"Ok we should head out we have a 5 hour drive ahead of us" My dad said hugging my mom
We headed out of the house to my dads SUV I waved my mom goodbye one last time as we pulled off. I watched as she disappeared once we turned a corner
"You sure you ready Babygirl" My dad gripped my hand
"Yes dad I guess"

When I woke up from a good ass nap I realized that we were at a gas station and saw my dad at the cash register through the glass window. I think I made the right choice by leaving New York for Atlanta. I couldn't stay their after all the bad memories I have their
I was moving in with my Dad, his new wife, and her son. As my dad says I would love her cause she's like my mom. If she was like my mom then why did he leave us i don't get it.
Anyways my dad got back in the car with two bags. He handed me one them
"What's this" I asked
"Snacks we still have 2 more hours" He said
"Thanks"
He started to drive again and I took out the bag of hot cheetos and started to eat them
"So are you ready to meet your brother" My dad said
"Stepbrother you mean" I said with my mouth full of hot cheetos
"Are you ready to meet him" dad said again
"I mean I don't really know him so I can't really be to excited cause I don't know if he may like me or not" I Shrugged
"I'm sure you too will get along" he said
We talked the rest of the way to his house discussing my new school and stuff. We pulled up to this big house with a gate around it. I wasn't suprised because my dad had his own company and thought everything he had should be big.
As we pulled up to the house I spotted a group of boys on the porch
"Who are they" I asked taking off my seat belt
"Your brother and his friends " dad said looking tired
As we got out the car a fine ass light skinned boy walked up
"Aye pops who this" he asked looking satisfied
"This is my daughter Amandla the one I told you was moving in" dad said
"Ohh this is her " He said
"Damn she bad" i heard him mumbled
"I'm Dante but you can call me tay if you want" he hugged me
"Amandla but you can call me mimi if you want" I said blushing at the same time
"Help me take her stuff in" My dad gave him boxes
"Aye yall come help me out" Dante told the group of boys. Being that their were at least 5 boys and they all carried 3 boxes each the only thing left was my bag with my cell phone and make-up in it. So I grabbed that and followed them to what I assumed was my room. When I walked in my room walls were a teal color, there was a big bed in the middle of my room, I turned around to see a bathroom in my room and their was a walk-in closet bigger than my bathroom.
"Omg thanks daddy" i said jumping on him giving him a hug
"Mimi you are to old to be jumping on me and your welcome" He said kissing my forehead
"I'm only 17 daddy" poking out my lips
"I know mimi" dad said kindly
After that I walked out the room and went to explore the house. I peeked into every room that I pasted. I saw a game room and a theater room and a room that had white walls with pictures of models and video game posters. I walked in looking around until someone walked in
"Aye shawty what you doing in here" I jumped and turned around to see Dante
"Oh I'm sorry I was just looking" I looked down and walked out
"You good come here" he said sitting on his bed
"Yes" I said sitting down
"Your very shy" he said looking in my eyes
"A little" I said looking back in his eyes
"You know your very pretty" He said with his deep voice turning me on and making me blush
"Thank you" I said
"Awe I got shawty blushing" he said softly punching my arm
"Shut up" I said
"But on the real do you wanna come to a party tonight"
"I barely know you " I said looking at him
