Gwangju, Korean wasn't the biggest city in Korea but wasn't an unpopular city. It was mostly popularized when it was hit with the biggest history of Korea and maybe even mankind. With small town police and shabby investigators the mystery would be impossible. Government testing going out of hand and ending up creating an alternate dimension would cause this whole thing. Who knew that a few young friends and their extra help would end up solving a mystery not even grown detectives could figure out. No one knew what caused such devastation.
