This is purely my take on Ceasar in the Hunger Games. He's such an interesting character! Why? Because of the awesome blue hair and the wigs and the makeup.... and the fact that he interviews everyone who goes into the games. But what really happened to Ceasar Flickerman before the Games? Here's his story. His rise to power and fame. From a nothing to a somebody. From a lonely boy to Ceasar Flickerman, most loved host in the Games.
