Lexi Hashbinger's life had been a disaster until she moved to middleburg. Her mother and father were abusive, she never had any friends at school - when she was even able to go- , and she never had any family besides her grandmother who lived in middleburg.
The only thing that kept her tethered to this world and the reason she hadn't ended it all already was her younger brother, Ethan.
