Airi: Tray... how are you?
Tray: I'm good how are you?
Airi: I'm making it.
Tray: Hey Dan Dan
Dan waved at Tray.
Tray: Who do you have here?
Airi: This is my daughter Sienna.
Tray: Wow she's beautiful just like you.
Airi: How long are you in town for?
Tray: I'm back for good....... maybe we can catch up?
Airi: Definitely
Tray: Great I'll text you
A couple days later
Early in the morning
Tray's POV
Airi had sent me her new address. I pulled up to a house it was nice. I rang the doorbell. After a couple minutes Airi came to the door. The inside was just as nice. Make yourself comfortable. I set in the living room. There in the swinger set Sienna. Airi went over to the refrigerator and grabbed a bottle.
Tray: So how have you been?
Airi: Dealing with two kids isn't as easy when you're a single mom and all.
Tray: Who's the dad? If you don't mind me asking?
Airi started feeding baby Sienna? From upstairs Dan started calling for Airi. Airi handed Sienna over to Tray, with a burping cloth and the bottle. Tray looked at the baby and Airi ran up the stairs.
Upstairs
Airi: Yes baby
Dan: I don't feel good. My stomach hurts.
I picked Dan up and put him back in bed. He had a fever but I was hoping it wasn't as high as I thought. I grabbed the thermometer and took Dan's temperature.
Airi: 102.9 ...... damn (in a whisper)
Okay baby boy I'll be back shortly. Take off your shirt. I'll go get you some medicine and mommy's secret soup that cures anything.
Tray's POV
I set and fed Sienna. She stared directly at me. She was so perfect In many ways. Airi came down the stairs.
Airi: Sorry about that. Dan's temperature is pretty high, so I'm going make him some soup, and most likely have my mom come get her.
Tray: I have a question.
Airi: Give me one second to get this soup started.
Airi then came back and set on the couch
Airi: What's your question?
Tray: She's mine isn't she?
Airi nodded her head
Tray: When did you find out?
Airi: A couple weeks after Serenity's funeral, but I couldn't get in contact.
Tray: I'm sorry
Airi: I knew you were hurting but how does changing your number and blocking everyone else out help?
Tray: I've missed some time but I'm here now and I would like to help you raise her.
Airi: Great and that starts now
Airi went over to the washing area and she bought back a basket full of baby clothes.
Airi: When you finish feeding and burping her. You can start folding her clothes.
I smiled at Airi as she walked back to the kitchen. I wasn't all the way back in Airi's life, but I knew that I would eventually find my way back. I smiled at Sienna and knew I would forever protect this little precious jewel in my hand and no matter how old I wasn't going to let her go.
The next day
Tray's POV
In the guess bedroom
I laid in bed listening to some beats on the low. After about another 15 minutes, my baby girl woke up. She lay next to my bed in her bassinet baby talking.
I grabbed her little hand.
Tray: Good-morning Princess
1 hour later
Airi's POV
I laid in my bed and next to me was my baby Dan. He still had a fever so today I was going to take him to the doctors. Dan still lay asleep tho, so I decided I would go throw some breakfast together.
I went to go check on Tray and my baby girl. Tray was making pancakes and he had Sienna on the counter in her rocker.
Airi: Wow look at you. Tray you're a great father.
Tray: Thanks I made Dan some oatmeal. My mom use to give me some when I was sick.
Airi: What? Why?
Tray: She said it'll help me poop out the sickness.
Airi laughed and grabbed the oatmeal.
Airi: Thanks
