So this story mainly revolves around Keith, but it does involve klance.
So Keith had an abusive father, who died, and he was sent into foster care. Keith had crappy families and would only stay there for about a month, until Shiro and Adam adopted him. They found out later that Keith was depressed, had anxiety, was bullied, and cut himself. Eventually they were able to help him overcome it, then they were all send out to space. Shiro thought Keith was fine, but that's only what Keith wanted him to see.
