I was currently staring at a menu and Zion was staring at me .
I had got a promotion at work .
My brother was in jail and stop hitting me up.

Negative I was completely depressed and I thought I had everything I ever wanted this was a mess. I didn't even love Zion I just loved being in his presence because he treated me right .

"Yes I'll have shrimp and chicken and my date will have steak and chicken", he says and I watch as his lips in sync.

"Zion?", I ask and he turns his attention back to me.
The chef starts cooking .
"How long have we been talking?", I ask.
"About a year now ", he answers nonchalantly.
"And dating?", I ask .
"9 months", he says matter factly.
"Do you even still like me?", I ask just to make sure.
"Yes laynee I adore you , what's wrong?", he ask with concern .
"Nothing babe I was just curious ", I say watching the chef continues to cook our food .
I was lying I wanted to see if it worth it to stay with him .
Gosh I was pitiful and sad .
I couldn't leave him nor did I want to.
The food was finally finished and we eat in silence. I was left in my thoughts and that was the worse ever . My heart was racing super fast at the thought of Zion and it had to be disgusting of how much this boy had me wrapped around his finger.

We finish our meals and take the left overs with us . Zion pays for the meal and we head back to our apartment.
