You looked around the lobby of the Daily Beagle. Bitting the bottom of your lip, you watched as editors, photographers, and interviewers ran in and out of the building, notebooks and binders filled with today's news. You tightened the grip on your small notebook and checked you pocket of your jeans for your pen. Turning to one of the seats, you sat down and began to doodle. You drew a few rainbows and swirls before a tap on your shoulder interrupted you from your thoughts. You looked up and saw a boy smiling at you. He had large glasses, brown eyes, and a camera around his neck. You quickly stood up and brushed off your jeans. "You're the new interviewer right?" he asked. "Y-Yea." you stuttered, mentally face-palming yourself. He smiled. "I'm Peter, Peter Parker. The big boss told me to show ya around." he held out a hand and you shook it. "Awesome. I'm (Y/N) by the way, (Full Name)." He ran ran his fingers through his brown, fluffy hair. "Well, (Y/N) shall we begin the tour? The Beagle was originally started in 1945 by Harold Fuzzae..." Eventually, even though it took the whole day, Peter had showed you all the rooms and told you all the tricks of the trade. You laughed as the pair of you stepped out to the abandoned street. He was just finishing explaining what he did when something he said caught your attention. "...But mainly I take photos of Spiderman." You stopped and stared. "Whoa." You had heard of the masked vigilantly known as Spiderman ever since you moved to this city. Although you had never seen him in person, you were determined to meet him. "Have you ever talked to him? Ya know... w-while you took his picture..." You asked eagerly, hoping he couldn't see you blush in the fading light. Peter rubbed the back of his neck. "Uh... yea... Yea... once or twice." "Wow. What was it like?" "Not much really, just a few sentences." You looked down at your notebook. As Peter leaned over to look at what was written on it, you sighed then said. "At least you got to talk to him. Though he probably wouldn't stick around for an interview. It's my dream to interview him. Just to talk to him would be great, but to learn his story... you trailed off." Peter frowned slightly. "Well, I could try to get him to talk to you if you want... might not be able to but still, it's a shot." You stared at Peter, a smile growing on your face. "That would be great." You two had just reached the bus stop when your bus arrived. "Well, I gotta go, thanks for showing me around Peter, and ... for the offer." "Yea... Yea your welcome, problubly should get home to Aunt May though. Don't want her to worry." You smiled then stepped on the bus. As you sat down, you turned to look at where Peter had been standing, but he was already gone.
