Rising star Billie Eilish is all the rage right now. A girl named Zara finds herself winning tickets plus a meet and greet to Billies concert, and she never imagined her life to turn out like it did when she saw those ocean eyes.
I woke up to the sound of my alarm buzzing in my night stand. I wanted to stay in bed but I remembered that I had lunch with Billie and got up. I took longer than normal to get ready, I felt like I had to dress to impress, because you know, IM HAVING LUNCH WITH BILLIE EILISH. By the time I finished getting ready, Billie was gonna be here any minute. beep beep I heard a car horn beeping outside. I felt butterflies form in my stomach. Well here goes nothing. I grabbed my stuff and headed out the door.
"Hey Zara," Billie greeted me after I got in her car. "Hi," I said nervously "So I was thinking we go to a little cafe down town?", she asked me. "Sure, I'm down for whatever."
Billie played some music and we headed down town. Her hair blew in the wind. It was so pretty. We got to the cafe and grabbed a seat.
"I always come here because somehow the paparazzi can never seem to find me", she giggled. "That must be nice. It's good to get away for a while." She looked at me with her beautiful blue eyes, "Yeah."
Our waiter came over and asked us what we wanted. We both got some coffee and salads. "So tell me about you" I really didn't know what to say, "Well I've lived here most of my life, and I really love it out here. I'm an Instagram influencer and Youtuber, and I think I'm gonna continue it after high school." "Wow. That's dope." "Enough about me. How about you?", I asked. "Well, obviously I sing and it's honestly everything I have ever dreamed of." We ended up talking for two hours about everything and it felt like time was frozen. "Do you mind taking a picture for me before we go?", I asked so I can upload something to my Instagram She gladly took the photo which came out really good, and I uploaded it.

After she snapped the picture, we decided to head out. "Hey before we go, I have a quick question?", she asked me. "Yeah. Shoot." "Would you wanna come to a party with me tonight." I felt butterflies again, but remembered something. "I would love to but...I already have a party tonight. How about we hang out again on Tueday? I have to edit and film shit for the rest of the week since I'm kinda behind." "Yeah that sounds great" "Great." We drive home with the windows down listening to some of her favorite rap songs. She looked so flawless with the wind blowing in her face.
We reached home and I felt sadness come over me. "Thank you for a great time.", I said to her. "Yeah anytime. Wait before you go, can I get your number?" UM HOLY SHIT. "Yes of course! Probably a lot easier than just DMing all the time." I chuckled. I typed in my number. "Thank you again, I had a great time" I said getting out of the car, "see ya soon Billie." "Bye Zara, chatcha later." I closed the door and went inside. Damn what a day.
Billies POV As I was driving home, I couldn't think about anything else except Zara. Fuck. Not with the girls again. I walked inside to Finneas greeting me.
"Hey Bil, hows was lunch?" "Beyond amazing.", I said as I felt my cheeks get rosie. "I think someone's got a crush", he said grinning. "Hey. I don't even know if she's into girls let alone me. Anyways she couldn't go to the party with me tonight but we are hanging again Tuesday." "That's good. I'm glad you are trying to find someone again." "Me too. It's really hard though. I just don't ever feel like I'm ready, you know?" "I know, but it's doesn't hurt to try Bil." "I know."
I headed off to room to get ready for tonight's party at the Bell Twins house. It was going to be super dope, especially since I haven't seen them in forever because of tour. I'm really pumped.
Zara's POV After my shower, I started getting ready when Josie came in. "Tell me all about!", she exclaimed. "Well, we went to this cute little cafe and just talked for hours. She's really sweet, and pretty, and perfect." "AWWWWEEEE" "Hey, I don't even think she likes girls so let's slow our roll." "True true" "Buttttt she did ask for my number!" "OH MY GOD" "YEP" "So that's a good sign!" "Yeah. She asked me to go to a party tonight and I really wanted to but I couldn't dip on the Bell Twins tonight. We haven't seen them in so long!" "I know. You almost ready?" "Yeah. Wanna drive?" "Sure thing." Josie grabbed the keys and we headed out the door to the party.
