New's POV
I can't take this shit anymore. Why should I be cooped inside my room with tons of books? My life is a typical boring one. I always aim to rank first, always try to please my parents with my academic results. But that doesn't mean I'm smart and intelligent. I work hard, get anxious and finally depressed. My parents only care about my grades. They don't know or care about my hard work I put to achieve their 'so called good grades'.
My daily routine is the same. Learning at class, Studying at library and studying at home. Tonight, I'm tired of studying. I'm tired of books. I'm tired of numbers and letters. I need to do something different. At least to prove to myself that I do have a value other than getting high grades.
I decided to go somewhere, anywhere just to relax and regain my energy.

The city at night was lively. People hanging around, enjoying their food, taking pictures, just chatting and laughing out loud with friends. Everyone looked carefree. It was so refreshing to just stroll around the city.
I roamed here and there aimlessly. At some point, I ended up in some weird place.
The place was filled with young people. Boys in jacket with badass tattoos. Girls in mini dresses, nothing left for imagination.
I walked around them. Everyone seemed really wild. Making out, dancing, doing drugs, drinking, smoking. This was like a place where young people can do whatever they want, even illegal things.
After a while, I heard screams and loud cheering coming from one end of the place. I passed through the crowd, only to see six handsome guys on their bikes at a start line. It looks like an illegal race. When a girl in bikini gave the signal, the race strated. I have seen such stuff only in movies.
This is not an ordinary race, it's like trying to kill each other. They are driving in crazy speed, trying to push each other and make them fall. It was scary even to look at. Why the hell young people nowadays enjoy taking such risks.
Finally the race ended with a handsome man as the winner. The girls swarmed around him, once he got to the final line. He removed his helmet and flashed a thousand watt smile at those girls. I'm not one of those girls, but I couldn't help but swoon over that smile. He was tall, a inch or two above me, tanned skin with muscular lean body.
He was wearing tight lack Jean with a leather jacket. His dark hair well groomed. He looked like a typical bad boy, handsome, attractive and a wild one with tattoo. Putting it in simple terms - exactly the opposite of me.
I realised that it's getting late. I can't face the wrath of my parents if they found out I sneaked out of the house. When I turned around to leave that place, I was pulled back by some force. I panicked and turned around, only to find that handsome guy holding my wrist with his megawatt smile.
I faced him, pretending that my heart is not pounding out of my chest. I had a poker face on, "Yes?"
"Hello beautiful. What are you doing in this area? Haven't seen you here before." He asked taking the cigarette away from his thin lips.
"Huhh.. I.. Actually I was just walking. Got lost and ended up being here" I answered trying to keep my voice steady.
"Owh!! Got lost huh? This place is not for someone cute like you" He said looking me up and down with a smirk.
'Did he just called me cute' I thought annoyed. 'Jerk' I scoffed. "Anyways I was just leaving this place" I said spinning on my heels and taking a step.
