It's been two months since that shitty ass experience with Josh. The doctor kept me in the hospital in his care, worried about the baby and me. He even put me on "the diet". You have no idea what I have to put up with in that damn hospital food, but soon I got over it. Other times I wouldn't realize that I'll be eating twice the food he gave me. And once I'm done.... I'm not ashame to demand more food.

He arranged a meet-up with his daughter and the village head, and talk about my welcome into the village. I arrived at the train station and someone was supposed to pick me up. But no one is around the station. Man it's so hot. Could've at least give me a phone so I could call a cab. Man this blows.

I softly rub my small but getting bigger belly. It's been growing. But I'm glad it didn't go overboard. To think this is my baby. I'm half way there until it's born. I wonder if it's going to be a girl or a boy. What should I name it? What...what will it look like. How do I raise it? Am I even qualified to be a parent? How can we connect? My father... didn't really raise me and my mother.....I don't if I could do this?

I felt warm inside my belly and I could feel my baby's heartbeat. I could imagine what the baby is feeling right now. Safe and warm inside me. Heh. It's telling me to calm down.

"Don't worry. We'll get through this." I said. "I promise."

"Hey mister!"

I jolted and looked around. I didn't see anyone...until I looked down. It was a little girl. She was wearing a pink overall shorts and a light blue long sleeves shirt. She took a bite out of her popsicle and started to glare at me. The hell is her problem.

"Can I help you?"

"Hmph." She took another bite of her popsicle. "Does it look like I need your help."

This little. "So~ then why did you-"

"Your a stranger with problems aren't you." She cut me off. Not giving a damn what I was going to say. Wait. Problems!?

"What made you-"

"I could tell. Plus I could smell it all over you." She sniff. "Uh-huh. I detect low life."

She is starting to get on my nerves. "Listen little girl. It isn't nice to say such things to anyone especially if you don't know them."

"Why?"

"Why? This- because it could hurt people's feelings."

"Why?"

"It'll make them hate you."

"Why?"

"Ugh do you have anything better to do then bother me. It was nice and quiet until you came a long so scram."

"Listen strangely suspicious old man. It isn't nice to be so rude to someone you don't even know." She sneered evilly at me.

"Old man!?"

"You have a baby inside." She pointed out.

"Yeah~. How are you sure that I am-"

"I could tell. I smell the baby. That's my specialty. Because I'm an dominant alpha."

"Oh!" I clapped for her. "It all makes sense now. No wonder your such a pesky little brat."

"Ugh! I have you know," she stomped her feet. ", I'm a top notch alpha. As an alpha, I could smell danger and I'm a very good people's person."

"Well it's a shame no one taught you manners. And if they did, you'll fail that one in a landslide."

She growled at me then it turn into a smile. "Well at least I'm not a low life like you." She giggled.

"SHUT UP YOU LITTLE BITCH!"

"Do you have a problem with my daughter?"

"Daddy!" She ran to him.

"Your daughter is being a little-" I stopped myself. I looked at the man putting his hands on his hips. The girl smile at her dad's side. He was dressed in a police officer uniform. "Shit."

"Daddy he called me the baddie word." She said.

"You dare say such a thing to not just a little girl. But to my daughter!"

"Look, um, policeman. She was pushing my buttons and I just blurred it out, ok? It's not like it mean anything."

"It hurt my feelings, daddy. And he doesn't even know me." She said with the saddest eyes she could muster.

What the fuck is her deal!? It's like she's the victim! "Look. I'm very sorry for that. Sorry is good...right?"

"Sorry ain't gotta cut it." He pulled out his handcuffs. "I'm taking you in."

"In what charge?"

"FUCK YOU! THAT'S MY CHARGE!" He grabbed my wrist tight and handcuffs me. What the hell is his problem!!

"You can't do this! Let me go!" I tried to resist but he was stronger. "I'm with child!" He didn't stop. He pulled me around and handcuff my other wrist. "Please!" I said. But he didn't listen. He dragged me along to his motorbike. He sat me down in the sidecar. This cannot be happening right now.

"Daddy, we caught a bad guy." She said.

"We sure did, sweet pea." He replied.

I can't believe this is actually happening. I feel scared. Afraid. I don't know what to do. My eyes feel hot. What's with my emotions. Am I...about cry?

"Tom, what are you doing?"

I jolted. That voice. Why does it sound familiar.

"Good afternoon, sir. No need to worry. I have everything under control." He said.

"Yeah. We caught a bad guy." The little girl said.

"A Bad guy?"

I slowly turn my head to the direction of that voice. And once I did, our eyes meet.

My heart started to race. My eyes widened. I couldn't believe what I was seeing. His hair. His eyes. His face.

"Chris?" He said to me.

"..... Austin."
