I've been going to Totsuki for 3 months now competing with students in shokugeki's and defeating each opponent. Senzaemon has asked to see me, and that is where I am; standing in front of his office with Tamotsu behind me.

I knock on the door and hear the gruff voice of Senzaemon say 'come in' so I open the door and enter the room and stand in front of his desk.

"Kamiko, do you know why I called you here?"

"No President Nakiri."

"Well you are a contender for Head Seat"

"Head seat?"

"Head seat is a legendary position where the best chef gets. There has been no one who has gotten that position for 20 years, the Head seat has more influence than the First seat. The Head seat will have multiple duty's, so, do you accept?"

"Who do I have to challenge?"

I stand side-by-side Tsukasa Eishi, wearing my actual cooking outfit which consists of a tight Yasmeen chef coat with green detailing that's cut ¾ down and has a low neckline, a pleated white skirt and white boots with low heels.

"Dōji Kamiko will be having a shokugeki against Tsukasa Eishi for the opportunity to become the Head seat." Isshiki Satoshi the current 7th seat is the MC for the match even though he's a first year. Eishi-sempai and I stand in front of a panel of judges and our audience are the current elite ten and Erina as she's challenging the tenth seat after the head seat match.

"You all know about the positions of the 'Elite Ten Council', but most of you won't know about the Head seat. The duties of the Head seat are of more importance than the First seat but to get that position you have to compete with the Elite Ten and win in a competition that will be held. And because of the severity of this shokugeki they will have 10 minutes to come up with and test a recipe in front of us and then they will have 2 hours for the actual match to produce us a dish for these five judges." President Senzaemon informed the other four judges and audience

"Kamiko-san, Eishi-san you have 10 minutes for testing. Your theme is 'Stir-fry' and your time. Starts. NOW!" Satoshi-sempai told us our theme and that we have to start testing

But I already know what I'm doing so I just stand there watching Eishi-sempai from the corner of my eye as he handles some of his ingredients. As I expected of 'The White Knight of the Table'... This shokugeki will be an interesting one...

Looking over at Eishi-sempai I see that he is waiting like I am so as we made eye contact I make a head movement towards the judges. After taking a few steps towards the judges, Eishi-sempai being who he is starts panicking thinking he my have interpreted what the movement meant or if I was a movement towards him at all.

"*sigh* Sempai are you ready to start the shokugeki early?"

"Ah! Uu- yeah..."

Both Eishi-sempai and I stand infrom of the panel of judges.

"We have test anything, could we start the match?" I take the initiative to ask as I know Eishi-sempai would have a panic attack just talking in front of the audience.

"Very well, Eishi-san are you sure?" Senzaemon asks sempai

"Y-Yes sir, president." Eishi-sempai stands straighter slowly getting into his cooking mindset.

From both our nods Senzaemon looked at Satoshi-sempai who got the idea and faced the judges "OK EVERYONE! We will now start the match; the two contestants will have 2 hours to finish their dish. 3. 2. 1. GO!"

At our benches, I start as soon as I clip my hair up with my clip one handed. I bring out my rice; cleaning it, adding water and leaving it to cook. Bringing out the chicken I dice until they're about the size of a dice and leave them in a quick marinade. Chopping vegetables to match the size of the chicken I add the flower carrots and diced potatoes to a pot to soften slightly before putting the potatoes into the oven. I make a dense dough and put it in the fridge to set a bit before I start cooking my stir fry. When everything was cooked I started putting together my dish by rolling my dough, putting a layer of rice and a portion of the stir fry on top and make it into parcels. Making 6 parcels I pace then into the oven with a butter wash and wait for the dough to bake while I make a sauce for the dish.
