Magic 8 Ball, is there smut in this chapter?

Very doubtful

Yeah there is none

McKenna

I think there’s a difference between having sex and making love.

“You’re so beautiful,” he tells me softly, his hands gently bristling over my skin, like if he touches me too hard I’ll break.

Scratch that, there’s a huge difference.

“Thank you,” I give him a small smile to show my trust in him.

Because when you have sex it’s meaningless.

He smiles back, a closed mouth smile.

It’s just as meaningless as the word.

“Ashton,” breathe out, tugging at his blended colored waves.

There’s nothing in it.

“Hm?” He asks, running his large, warm hands along the sides of my body.

Just lust.

They stop at my waist, his thumbs sliding into the inside of the blue undergarments.

No wonder it’s such a short word; three letters.

“Ashton, I’m drunk,” I say gently, pausing my gentle tugs.

It has such a small meaning.

“But you know what they say. When you’re drunk the truth comes out,” I send him a gentle smile.

There’s no relationship for that word.

“And oh God, Ashton the truth. The truth that I love you.”

But making love is a whole different story.

“I love you so, so much.”

Love is actually in the phrase making love.

“I love you too, McKenna. More than you will ever know,” Ashton rests his tan forehead against my own pale one.

Because it is love.

“You hurt me so much, when you left McKenna,” Ashton’s hazel eyes stare into my own.
