Guys, I never even imagined that this story could get 500 reads but THANK YOU SO MUCH!!
Beneath the starry sky, a fire crackled in the distance; it's embers swirling and circling the air above like glow worms. Shadows danced from tree to tree amongst the orange hues as Clarke watched the others surrounding the fire, the light dancing in her eyes.
She wasn't sure what to do. Determination to save their people in Mount Weather hadn't wavered, but now that the Alliance was established they needed a firm plan with which to get their people out and away from Dante's clunches.
She made a mental note to talk with Bellamy about what options they had.
Sitting on the ground, legs crossed leaning against a tree, Clarke rubbed her hand against her cheek in remembrance of Raven's slap from earlier. At the time it had taken her by surprise, though now it seemed like a just punishment in her head. She did deserve it after all and no matter how many times Clarke tried to think otherwise, Finn's voice would invade her mind like a virus, chanting the same hateful words over and over again.
You did this.
It's your fault.
You did this to me.
Finn's voice was forgotten as Clarke turned at the snap of a twig and saw Lexa approaching; two armed guards standing nearby.
"Clarke, we need to talk about how we plan to free my people," she spoke as Clarke stood up once they were within talking distance.
"Our people," Clarke corrected quickly and turned to observe the small fires that surrounded them. "Now that we have the Alliance, we need to work together on this."
Lexa nodded in response. Clarke saw the determination in her eyes and knew that there was nothing Lexa wouldn't do to free her people. She just had to hope that included hers too.

Bellamy watched as Octavia snuggled a little closer into Lincoln's side and tensed at their closeness. Though the second Octavia shot him a look, he backed off; too tired to make a comment. His eyes flickered with the flames in front of him and turned slightly at the sharp sounds of static emerging from just behind him, where Raven was sat tweaking the radio.
Empty static crackled through the air making Bellamy want to shove his hands over his ears just to get some quiet, but instead bore with it and proceeded to focus in on the sounds of the forest. The crickets chirping and the odd owl making an announcement that the world was, indeed, cloaked in darkness.
"Hey, guys!" Raven suddenly exclaimed; excitement evident on her face.
"What is it?" Bellamy stood as she jogged over, confused by her sudden outburst.
"Listen to this."
Octavia and the others abruptly stood and made some space for Raven in their circle, by the fire, while Bellamy became aware of Clarke's presence as she strode over. She looked tired and after the events of the day, Bellamy couldn't blame her. Also, after she'd nearly given him a heart attack by boldly drinking from the supposedly 'poisoned' moonshine and not dropping down dead, he was ready for some kind of good news. They'd earned that much, after all, and Bellamy felt that Clarke deserved a win, since their objective was now clear.
Save their people in Mount Weather.
Static crackled through the air until the sound was disrupted by the faint mumblings of a voice. A voice that got louder as Raven tweaked the frequency until it was clearer and echoing through the heads of those listening; like alarm bells signalling some kind of hope. Hope for the survival of their friends.
