The Girl Who is Hunted

Cameron finally arrived at the city. It was big, It was modern/futuristic, and Cameron loved it. She drove around until she saw a frightened girl around her age. She pulled up, rolled her window down and asked:
"Are you okay?"
"Eek!!" The Girl was frightened by this and started running away.
Cameron then noticed, it wasn't her the girl was running from, it was the giant hovering circle that saved Cameron earlier. It seemed like it wanted to give Cameron something. She hopped out of the van and then the floating ball shrunk into a necklace with a moon on it. She looked into the car and all her stuff was gone. A voice in her head was speaking to her.

"Don't worry, all of your stuff is in me." The voice spat out.
"Huh?? Where are you??? Who are you??" Cameron said out loud.
"I'm the hovering ball that turned into the necklace. I was given to you by your mother." It answered.
"Oh. So you can talk to me since your connected to me?" Cameron said again.
"Yep, sounds about right." The voice answered again.

Cameron thought and decided to leave the car there and chase after the girl. "Hey!! Wait up!!" Cameron pleaded to the girl. The Girl turned around and saw Cameron running and wasnt threatened by her.
"Huh? I thought you were a old man.." the girl said truthfully.
"Nahhh I was just allowed to drive a car for the day." Cameron lied.
"I'm Cameron by the way, Somni Cameron. But just call me Cameron." Cameron said holding out her hand.
"Oh hi Cameron! I'm Stacey, Stacey Westford." The Girl said, shaking Cameron's hand.
"Can I come with you? I'm actually trying to run away.." Cameron said again.
"Sure, what school do you go to?" Stacey asked while walking with Cameron.
"I wasn't allowed to go to school.." Cameron answered.
"Oh... Lucky for you, I'm the daughter of the principal that leads the most famous school in the world! I can get you enrolled!" Stacey stated excitedly.
"That would be... That would be awesome!!! Thank you Stacey!!!" Cameron jumped with joy.

The two entered a very tall building and rode an elevator to the top floor. Stacey knocked on a tall door.
"Come in!" A gruff voice yelled.
Stacey opened the door and they walked in.
"Hey dad! This is Cameron and can she be enrolled in this school?" Stacey asked.
"Sure, where are her parents?" A tall man answered.
"Well..." Stacey started.
"Well I have ran away from my parents because they were abusive.." Cameron told the tall man.
"Oh. That's unfortunate. But, lucky for you, we have a dormitory so I can get you enrolled straight away!" The man smiled. He passed Cameron some papers filled it in, signed some stuff and she handed them back.
"Daddd can she bunk with me?" Stacey asked.
"Sure honey bug!" Stacey's dad answered.
"YYYAAAYYY" Stacey yelled, leading Cameron to her new room.
Stacey pulled Cameron into a cute room that was filled with aesthetic type stuff. There was a bunk bed. Stacey pointed to the top. "That one is yours, the bottom is mine!" She told.
"Oh! Class is starting soon, you stay here and chill out for the day, I will be back at 3:50 pm" Stacey told Cameron and gave her a wide smile. Cameron nodded and laid on the top bunk mattress.

~meanwhile~
A black van rode through the the town to the rode that lead to the city. The men inside were preparing since that city held the place where there boss worked. They are determined to catch the little half alien named Somni. Little do they know, Cameron now has an alien battle ship around her neck in shape of a moon necklace...
