HIGH SCHOOL

Chapter 2

Amanda walks into her school waving, smiling and wishing everyone she knew, to her friends who were waiting near her locker for her. She went and hugged all of them. All of girls were so different yet they supported and loved eachother to death. As they talked and entered thier class, Amanda's eyes fell on a boy with messy hair and beautiful and mysterious eyes, sitting right at the back , he saw Amanda and smirked. Amanda whobis really focused stayed away from bad boys but there was something about him which attracted her , something different , something mysterious but she pushed it off and went to her seat. As the class started she felt someone's eyes burning her skull, when she shifted she sae the same mysterious guy staring right at her. Their eyes locked which gave Amanda weird sensations at the pit of her stomach, but soon she broke the eye contact and gazed back at the teacher nervously

Amanda came out of the class thinking about something , her heart was racing, she felt sick. Alex noticed it
Alex : Am what happened everything alright, is something bothering you ?
Am : no , nothing its just school stuff im thinking bout
Alex : k
*everyone left for thier classes promising that they'll meet in the lunch break *
***** lunch*****
As decided all the squad met at the cafeteria ( squad is in Am, alex, grace, nick, steph, Jacob , and few others)
As they were eating someone entered the cafeteria and Amanda after seeing her got the same feeling which made her sick, her stomach started tingling which she had never felt before , her heart was racing and as if gaint butterflies were forming in her stomach ( i literally dont know how to explain this ✌)
Jacob seeing Amanda's pale face asked her about it
Am : i dont know i don't feel like eating, I'm getting sick maybe
Nick ( super concerned) : wanna see the nurse !!
Am : no I'll be fine , thanks

Ad they were talking they heard some girls scream and the squad knew whose coming DANIEL (  yes he is super popular )
He came and sat with the whole squad
Jacob : where have you been the whole time
Daniel : football parctise, they are gonna kill me with this routine
( laughs )
Grace was staring at daniel while he was spreaking and alex noticed it and slapped her arm and whispered
Alex: stop staring at him its creepy .
** next class **
All of them had History so they went together

Teacher : I know this is the start of the new semester but I'll give you your projects which i want in time, the projects will be in pairs.

Class : got excited

Teacher : and I'll choose the the partners

Class : * groaned *

Teacher : parters are like this ( imagine some name I'm not giving you 300000 pairs )
Jacob and Mark
Emma and frank ( Amanda's frnds whose intro i haven't given)
Stephanie and Grace
Nick and Amanda
Daniel and Alex

Am : who's mark
Grace : points at the mysterious guy
Am : ooh

Amanda to jacob
A : do you know him
J : kinda he is in my Spanish class

Meanwhile Grace was pleading Alex to change her partner with her cause she wanted to do the project with Daniel
Alex : yeah whatever, as long as my partner does not creates fuss I'm ok with everone
G : thank you so much babe
A : thats fine

Alex to the teacher

A: mr teacher can i change my parter pleaseee
( daniel looks at her with an  offeneded face while the girls whispered how crazy she is )
T : do you have a problem with your partner
A : ( after thinking for a while ) umm yes !
T : then.... No you cant ( laughs )
Alex : ( whispers to grace ) sorry
