WHEN just the mongrel spotted her first sheep, she did what comes naturally.
the 4-year-old set off in pursuit across several fields and, being a pampered city animal, lost both her quarry and her sense of direction.
Then she rounded the edge of a cliff and plummeted 100ft, bouncing off a rock into the sea and, everyone thought oblivation.
Her owner Mike Holden called the coastguard. six volunteers abseiled down the cliff but gave up all hope of finding her alive after 90-minute search. "horrible!"
