(Bakuguo P.O.V)
I asked myself all the time when was it that Deku stopped smiling at me. When his eyes that used to follow me and admire me turned to eyes of fear and dread. When was it that his whole body would freeze up whenever I walked by. When was it that he would cast his glance away from me.
These were the questions I asked myself as I stared at the shivering green haired boy before me. His whole face looked down at the floor under us, the length of his hair casting a black shadow over his face. I had overheard a conversation with half an half and round face and wanted to confirm what I had heard but Deku was ignoring all of my questions. My only only choice left was brute force but for some reason I couldn't bring myself to charge at the kid. I'd seen him shiver and tremble in front of me before but something felt off about this time and it was like some invisible force was holding me back. “I won't ask again Nerd. What happened to you?”
Again no response. “Oi! I'm fucking talking to you shitty nerd! Answer me!” I snapped and watched his whole body flinch.
“I-I have nothing to say to you Kacchan..if we're done here. I'd like to get back to my room”
He kept his eyes on the floor. He didn't look up once. I was used to that defiance but something about this time felt like a pin being stabbed into my chest. I never noticed it before..that long before the attack on the USJ, before the sports festival, that long after I had been kidnapped during training, when we were placed in dorms that Deku was always avoiding me...even when he saved me so All Might could Fight...he was always looking away from me. I felt something in me snap. It wasn't like my normal snapping, where I was always angry but it was something different...something painful. I would soon regret my decision and I would soon start to question everything I had ever done to Deku….my blind Hero
