The Iris

Mia's POV

,, Fuck you guys!And stop cost playing like Dark soldiers!" I said as squeezed myself out from the tight space between the stone panels. I stood up and helped Zoe out too. She immediately ran to Chris and hugged him. I just smiled and hugged Ethan.
Then another loud crash like noise was heard. ,,Oh God, we need to go! Now! " Zoe said. ,,But what the hell are we going to do? There's no way we can stop them without getting ourself killed one way or another!" Ethan said grabbing me by my shoulder.,, I know, but we have to, if they get there first, they'll destroy the Iris of take it. And we can't let that happen." I looked at the others, we all knew what we have to do.

Zoe's POV

We ran down the halls, sticking to the walls with the sound of them breaking their way in becoming louder with every single meter. The sound was booming through the halls.
Even some windows broke. You might be asking, why are they trying to break in? Why are they trying to break in if they could just come this way and take it? Well you'll see soon.
The booming is louder I can feel the ground vibrating under my feet. The windows breaking here and there,stuff falling from the higher places. Soon we came to a set of stairs. We all loked at each other as we stepped onto the first steps leading us downward right to a set of doors. The biggest ones I've ever seen. There was keyhole, or handle,it was just a set of probably the thickest doors decorated with many different kinds of ornaments and only a lock which can be opened with only one key.
A key which I just happened to have.

Mia's POV

,, How the hell will we open this thing?
Jane said this was the right way to go but somehow did not mention this. " I said quite concerned. Jane talked a lot about these halls and about this places history but never told me about these doors. They had a many ornaments, many about the Iris itself.
About less than the middle of these doors there was a steel plate. About the size of a palm. There was a hole in it shaped like a small round something. Zoe just smiled and pulled something out of her pocket. It was a small amulet.,, Look what I have." She said.,,Well, that's one way of getting in there." Chris laughed.,, Where the hell did u get that. Wait, It's from Jane isn't it. " Zoe just had a smug look on her face as she putted the amulet in the lock. There was a lot of clicks and another weird noises.
,,C'mon I can't open it myself." Zoe said. With all of our power we just barely but opened the door. The boys squeezed through the gap first, Then me and Zoe. The Inside of the Temple...Was amazing. Like nothing I've ever seen. The room was just a huge circle. The Iris has consumed the whole place. You can feel how it's power roams the air,roams through your body. Every plant belongs to it's power.,,I guess you both know what you have to do." Yes we do. We went closer to the Iris. Al we need is a petal. Jane said that the flower will stop blooming and giving any kind of power and it'll fade away into it's lair.
Jane gave Zoe three glass vials. Jane said we should put the flower petal inside.

3rd peron's POV

The girls went to take the petal. Only they can do it, because they are the only ones that have powers. If the boys would take it it would kill them. Zoe took out a small vial. They had to take the petal together. Acient power washed over them as they took the petal and did what was told, with the glow of the Flower fading as it shrunk downwards to it's lair where it'll be safe. Kept from the hands of the Dark. The petals glow, was now the only thing keeping the room lit. The petal lost it's natural form and turned into a yet unknown liquid which looked like it lived it's own life. Suddenly the walls shook. Surprisingly in the haze of the moment none of them cared about the Dark breaking their way in. As the ground shook every now and then. Ethan took a step forward. Suddenly all of them heard a noise. It sounded like ice cracking under you feet. The girls felt it too. They felt as the ground under them is becoming loose and with every try the Dark made and the Irises fading,it crumbled under them more and more. They all looked at each other. Trying to see what's going to happen next. If they'll ever see each other again. The ground gave up. Took its last breath. As the ground colapsed under the two young girls. But, Mia threw the Irises Vial and Zoe the two more with the boys caching them as they stumbled and fell to the ground, Breathless. There was no more ground only the roots of the Iris, hanging above the abyss.Where there was once The Iris there was just an enormous hole with the boys just at the side of it,looking down at the great, pich black abyss.
Holding the vials, keeping them safe.
The booming was still there, but only at the back of their heads as every sound was silenced with only one question in their thoughts......

,, Are they dead? "

Hello my dear fellas! Welp this book is finally finished and I'm terribly sorry for me being a lazy author and that I haven't been uploading a lot in the past.
