New Beginnings

Monty

Cora came over my house and we talked for a while in my room. I can't believe I am going to confess to her my love that I have. I know I might have not shown it to her for a long time, but she needs to know that I do love her in every way. 

Flashback 

"What do you think will happen when we get older?" 8th Grade Cora asked. 

"I don't know, can't predict the future sometimes," I said playing on the swing sets. 

"I want to go to NYU and become a Biomed Engineer," Cora said. "What about you?" 

"A doctor, I don't know which kind yet but a Doctor," I said proudly. 

Cora giggled and kept swinging on her swing. That's the moment I knew I really liked her. 

Present

"Cora, I know I told you I liked you, but I really would like to take you out on a date," I said. 

"Sure! A date would be fun," Cora said. 

Score, I can't believe it. I am planning on taking her out to the movies then dinner. I want it to be special.

"Is Friday night good?" I asked. 

"Perfect," Cora said. 

Cora

 I wore a black two piece lace set with a leather jacket on top. I wore some flats because aint no way I was walking on some heels. I wore my hair down and curled.

Monty came and got me in his SUV.

"Wow," Monty said.

I giggled as we left for the movie. The movie was an hour long so we had time to get dinner after. I don't know where he is taking me, I don't mind where it is as long as i'm with him. While we were riding in the car we both sang along to some of the songs we used to listen to when we were little. It was so cute and fun.

Once we got there Monty told me to cover my eyes. I wonder where we are. When I took off the blindfold the place looked amazing. Candles were lit in almost every corner, there were white curtains in the gazebo. A table and two chairs were decorated and it had roses which are my favorite flowers, of course Nina probably told him.

The music playing was nice and soft, everything was perfect. The night ended and Monty asked me on another date which I will gladly go on with him.

------A Year Later---------

Monty and I started dating after our few dates, which is wonderful. We've been dating for almost a year now and I love every second of it. I am so glad because things turned out pretty well. Nina is dating someone she met while she got a job at some bar and they worked together. Aidan and his partner Blake have been dating for a few months. Yes, Aidan is gay. I forgot to mention that earlier but he is my best friends and best friends keep secrets.

"Well guys, you all are making me cry," Aidan said.

"Don't cry, well visit each other during the holidays," I said.

I got into NYU and am becoming a biomedical engineer, Monty got into Columbia and I will be renting an apartment with him. Nina got into Duke University and her boyfriend Adam got into UNC Chapel Hill which is a very hard school to get into. Aidan got into Brown and will be doing journalism. Of course he would because he loves to write about things.

I can't believe our lives are about to change and for the better. Last I heard the police have been hunting Dayna and Theo, they are probably somewhere in the world doing god knows what. But i'm glad its away from New York.

---------5 years later---------

I finally got my degree in Biomedical Engineering, while Monty finally got his Medical Doctor degree and is doing his residency here in the city. A year ago I got pregnant after I graduated, and Monty was surprisingly so supportive. Since Monty is now in residency I take turns with shifts and we work out a schedule so we can see each other more often.

Well, that is my life and story and how I fell in love with my bully.

Omg guys, this is the end of the book and I am so glad I completed and revised it all in 2019. In 2020 I will create more books for you to enjoy and thank you for supporting me on my journey writing this book. May you all have a blessed new years!!!
