It's now Friday night. After getting kicked out, I make my way towards the bench on the sidewalk. I sit down and sigh. Now what am I gonna do?

I guess I could stay with Ava or Mia.

I called Ava and it went straight to voicemail. Guess she's busy.

I called Mia, and it rang 5 times before it went to her voicemail.

I guess I'll call, Vikki. I haven't talked to her in a while since she got her mysterious job.

I was about to call her, when I decided to look around, just remembering that I live in the worst neighbourhood. There's someone walking by. Vikki.

She glances at me, and her eyes widen, and she sprints away.

What the hell? I stand up and start running after her, calling her name and telling her to wait.

She turns a corner, and I turn it too, just in time to see her jump from wall to wall, and jump on the roof. That was some Spider-Man shit right there.

Why was she running from me? Does she hate me? Can she turn me into Spider-woman, is the real question?

I'll have to ask her when we go to school. But I still don't know where I'm gonna spend the night. But knowing the situation, it won't just be one night...

The next day at school. Monday. The day that I hate. Luckily, I'm in the subject that I'm good at. Math. Axel and Vikki are in this class too. But Vikki isn't here. She must be avoiding me.

"Grace. May I speak to you in the hallway for a minute please?" Mr. Smith asked me.

"Sure." I say and stand up and walk out of the classroom with him.

"Grace, your one of my best students, and you know there are some people that are failing right?" He asks, as soon as we are in the hallway and no one can hear us.

I nod, not liking where this is going.

"Well, I picked who's going to tutor who, and your going to tutor Axel." He said with a smile.

"Am I going to get paid?" I ask, liking the idea of getting more money.

"No," I frown, "but you can have tutoring as a job and get some money. If you don't help Axel, he won't graduate." He tells me.

I guess I should.

I sigh, "Okay, I'll do it. I guess I'll tell him."

"No need. I already told him." He says.

He already told Axel that I would be tutoring him? Okay then.

I look at him, "Okay. I guess I'll talk to him later."

"Fantastic. Well, let's go back in the class." He says and starts walking toward the class as I trail after him.

As I sit back down, I notice Axel, struggling with the math work.

I sigh and stand up, and start walking toward Axel.

"Need some help?" I ask, fiddling with my paper with a smile of my face.

He looks at me and shrugs, "Sure." He says.

I pull up a chair and sit next to him.

After I explain it to him in different ways, he understand it better. And we're more halfway done the work.

When the bell rings, Axel has already finished the worksheet, and has handed it in.

"What day should I come over to your house to tutor you?" I ask when we leave the classroom.
