Chapter 14

The next day there was 709 pack members. Meaning that I had to contact 709 girls Alphas telling them their members are mates with mine. Today was going to be busy.

"Hey Alpha need any help today." he asked with a warm smile. I pinched the bridge of my nose.

"Ya find out every new members name and pack." I said.

"Yes alpha." he said and ran out the door. I picked up the phone and dialed Alpha Aaron.

After several rings he picked up.

"Good morning Alpha Amber isn't the day after the Nation Ball just amazing." Aaron said enthusiastically.

"Yes just wonderful." I said laughing.

"So who do you have from my pack?" he asked

"I only know one so far and that's Jane Lilly she's mated to my Beta." I said. he started laughing hard.

"Who knew that my little sister would be mates to Henry." Aaron said.

"Jane is your sister? I didn't even know you had siblings." I asked

"Yes I do. Tell her that her big brother said hi and to no get to frisky." he laughed.

"Will do Aaron always good talking to you." I laughed as I hanged up. Just then Henry came in with list of names.

"Thank you Henry. I just got off the phone with Alpha Aaron. Jane is his little sister." He eyes were open wide and he screamed like a little girl and went into a turtle position. I laughed so hard. Henry was such a dork.

"Henry." I laughed "Come on stand up."

"He scares me." Henry said biting his nails.

"He loves you." I said. Henry then did a little fake cry and left the room.

50 phone calls later I ran a hand through my head. Hating all this work.

'Alpha' My third in command mind linked me 'Alpha Black wants permission to cross the border.' Black seriously wanted to come into my territory what was he thinking.

'Let him through.' I said ' Escort him to my office'

'Yes alpha!' he said.

10 minutes later John walked in with Black. His grey eyes dark.

"John your dismissed." I said.

"But alpha he's dangerous." he said

"I said your dismissed." raising my voice. He bowed slightly. Leaving as quickly as he can.

"What are you doing here! I'm already busy enough with my packs new mates. I don't need you coming through my front door bothering me!" I spat at him. "Now tell me why are you here?" I yelled at him. Black didn't speak and we stared at each other for several minutes.

"I want you to live with me." he said.

"Excuse me?" I said.

"Your my mate so your my Luna I need you for my pack. You can't keep this little secret forever. What happens when you go into heat. When your withering in pain your Beta will say you found your mate." He said. I was beyond irritated with his attitude.

"I'm not a Luna I'm an Alpha. I'm not going to just ditch my pack for yours. The only person close enough to replace me is my Beta Henry. He's a kid Black he doesn't know how to run a pack. I was a kid too when I took over this pack but I didn't have a choice someone had to pick each survivor off their feet. No other packs helped us because they had lost as many people as we did." I said.

"Don't you think I know that Amber. I didn't expect you to leave your pack I wanted to merge into one. Think about it your pack is strong mine is stronger together it can be one of the strongest packs in the world." He said desperation ringed around his eyes.

"Your pack has the reputation of killing other packs. What if my pack members don't get along with yours?It will be a blood battle." I said. "No I'm saying no."

"Ambe-" he said but I interrupted him.

"GET OFF MY LAND NOW!" I yelled at him. He soon left rage in his eyes. But my eyes held far more. He can't just expect me to get up in move. He can't control me. Henry then came ripping through the door.

"What what do you want!" I yelled

"Rouges and hunters are attacking on the 5th quadrant of the east side." This day could not get any worse.
