Cold water splashed in my face waking me up. I had a horrible headache, it felt like i was bashed with a heavy club. I could not see because of a blindfold on my eyes and try as I might my hands could not move. Then I realized that they were bound. My shirt was gone as I could feel cold air on my chest. I could hear a crowd of people whose breathing was frantic. What on earth was going on?

Then I heard a familiar voice.

"Listen to me peasants! Hear me and Obey! As of today I am the sole ruler of the Dahsalaam Empire!"

Burly hands ripped off my blindfold and the sunset blinded me. There was a massive crowd of people as I had thought but beside me were more men that had been tied up.

Among them was Omar the Deft and Muhammad the Wise.

Raj's ragged voice boomed over the audience, "No man shall ever be idolized more than me! I am god!"

Raj took a spear from his guard and stabbed Omar. Right through the heart.

"You... ignorant... fool," Omar said while coughing blood. Death took him.

"Now! Who is the wisest man in the world!" Raj scanned the audience but no answers came.

"WHO IS IT! TELL ME NOW!" Raj screamed wildly.

"You King Raj!" The people said in scarred voices.

After all those years, all that fighting, we still did not have peace. Evil had reincarnated into a tyrant.

"Raj..." I choked out.

His head whipped back violently.

"What, Pig!"

"It took many years for us to destroy our oppressors. The Tyrants that killed our family are dead. Be very careful how you treat these people... Or else soon you may find yourself in the same place," I announced.

"Kill Him! KILL HIM NOW!"

A guard stepped in front of me with a knife and did away with me. Until the very end I found solace in these words...

Uniendis Cogitatio, Uniendis Populus.
