So when the apocalypse goes down and you think the national guard, military, air force, ect. is coming to save you,your wrong. They may try to help contain the outbreak but as for you they couldn't care less. When the situation plays out it would probably end up with you being dead. They will have protective gear, gas masks, and a lot of firepower they can and will shoot you gladly. There would be no use in putting up a fight. Their job is to contain the outbreak and to save humanity no save one normal person.

So to wrap up the chapter don't trust the military, army, ect. No matter the situation if your hiding and you see the military walking down the street don't expose yourself stay quiet and continuing hiding and never ever trust the military and other US forces.
