Overweight means that you weigh more than the average people your age.
Alot of people use it as a chance to make fun of people.
Some people use it to relate with others.
You want know how I see it? I see it as beauty and power. If you have the courage to say you are overweight, you can own the world. I am overweight and I am not afraid to state it anymore. I've been bullied and I have been crushed. I went into a deep depression for about a year because of it. But I'm not gonna let the word overweight control my life.
And neither should you. Yes I understand that you may have been told that you are overweight. But guess what, that is just a word. Your mind and body is perfect just the way it is. I love you, for just the way you are. You don't have to change for anyone. You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen and I don't want you to forget that.
You and your curves are perfect. They are perfect because they make you. Own it. Stand tall and be proud. Because you know what. I am so proud of you.
