"I, sir Ryan Boenn the adviser of your class am proud to tell you--" his words were immediately cut off with one of my classmates arrogant yet funny remark "I, Lily Vorbrich, on behalf of my classmates am briefly requesting you to cut the bullshit and get straight to the point please, this atmosphere is killing me" now that may seem a little disrespectful and annoying for some people but for us it's normal, I can't blame her nor can I blame our advisor, I guess it wasn't exactly his fault for becoming too close with our class because as they say "a class is a family" and this sort of atmosphere is exactly what a family is, let's just say that this is a normal occurrence in our class, as Lily finishes her remark, my other classmates decided to go along with her and proclaim the exact same sentence that Lily said leading for our advisor to have no choice but to spill the deal "As I was saying, it is my honor and pride as your advisor to announce to you that, all, I repeat ALL of the researchers of their individual thesis have successfully defended their research paper and that no revision is needed from any of the defenders, congratulations class!" exclaimed sir Ryan, I would be lying if I said that we screamed and shouted out of happiness because we didn't, I won't lie we were shocked and happy that amongst 15 of us researchers from our class no revision was needed, but as we all know happiness comes with a price, 3 of our Korean exchange students are set to leave our country as soon as their thesis is over with, we all knew that and instead of celebrating we sat there and mourned as we realized that our class disba dment is coming earlier than we thought, this might seem a little over reacting but our batch never changed students starting from our 1st year of high school and as we grew up with our classmates, we grew on this school together, we helped eachother when we were down, we were really a family and to think that we would disband sooner than expected shakes everyone to the very core,

"What are you all doing, just sitting there and sulking, celebrate we should be happy!" said Seungmin one of the Korean exchange students destined to go back to Korea, the moment he said that I looked at him, I don't know how to explain this but I could tell that he wasn't happy, he was faking it, he had tears in his eyes of which he wiped off, he tried to cheer up the class but was failing horribly so I had to step in since I couldn't anymore of this sad aura radiating around our class, "Speaking of celebration, there's a place I know where we can celebrate, they have unlimited "Samgyupsal" and a karaoke place there, anyone down to go today? " I joyfully asked the class, everyone seemed excited and finally happy about the plan so I guess you could say that I was successful at cheering everyone up, one problem though everyone kept asking who was gonna pay, now I for one don't have enough money to pay for everyone so our advisor decided that "I'll pay for everything, my treat you all deserve it!" I felt relieved and ecstatic that we were actually going to go ahead and continue on with the plan, everyone seemed happy and the class seemed to already forget what our dillema is, either way this is better than sulking around.

We kept on with our daily class schedule, which basically turned into free subjects since the teachers aren't exactly obliged to teach us anymore, the finals are over and there is no need for them to guide nor give us time to do our research, in other words we barely did anything the whole day besides playing cards, mobile games and a little bit of Mafia, I then noticed that our 3 Korean exchange students are missing in action and upon further inspection I found out that my Korean roommate named "Xenon" is nowhere to be found aswell, Xenon however isnt part of the 3 Korean students to be sent to Korea after defending and creating their research, he lives in our house and he basically grew up in the Philippines with me and my family since he didn't really have a home to go to back in Korea so for me, he's like a brother I never knew I wanted, and with me being really close with Xenon I know exactly where they are hiding, on the rooftop, no one really goes there since it's always so hot there, but one of the janitors decided to stash one of those big colorful umbrella with tables and chairs attached to it, we didn't tell anyone so we could keep the place all to ourselves, but once I got there almost opening the door, the knob twisted by itself and one of the Korean exchange students "Karrie" rushed towards the door crying as she looks down hiding her face with her hair noticed that I was blocking her path and said "Move away" so I did, I didn't exactly know how to comfort her so I just let her go, now this was very unusual since Karrie is the type of girl to never cry, she is seriously tough and scary at times but once you get to know her she's really sweet and caring but seeing her cry like that is a surprise, I honestly never thought I would be able to see her cry until graduation, I shrug off what happened thinking that it was just the result of her bidding farewell to everyone starting off with the other koreans, I proceeded to go to the rooftop assured that the other koreans were there and I was correct, SeungMin and Sungjin were there together with Xenon, Sungjin seemed preoccupied with reading a book, which is nothing unusual for a guy like him, he rarely even talks actually, a casual conversation with him would just go with the very subtle nodding or giving you signals for an answer to your questions, heck, you'd be lucky if he actually gives you an vocal answer like a simple "yes" or "no" the only real way you can hear him talk is when he's either presenting or doing a project that requires him to do the talking, either way hearing him talk is a rare occasion to cherish I guess?
