Meeting... Oh no.

As everyone knows, i'm the trusty sidekick of Student Council President Drew Torres. And right now, I wish I wasn't. Sometime in this hour, I will have to tell Drew everything. And I mean everything.

It hurts inside knowing that i'm keeping a secret. It was going to be awkward. Especially since Eli was coming.

I walked in. "Hey! I'm here! And I brought a special guest if no one minds"

"Eli!" Said Jenna and Alli. They both ran to him and hugged him. As soon as they sat back down, Dallas said,"Goldsworthy, nice to see you again"

I saw that Drew awkwardly waved to Eli and then looked back down at his clip board. Earlier, I totally forgot that all of my friends were part of the council. Which meant I should probably tell him after everyone leaves. Drew always stays 20 minutes after.

"So, Edwards we need to discuss the next Degrassi event!" Said Drew.

I said,"Actually, I am no longer Clare Edwards. I'm now officially Clare Goldsworthy" I smiled wondering what Drew was going to say.

Dallas looked like he was washed up and had no idea where he was. It took a while for Drew to say,"Oh! Congrats! Well then Goldsworthy, we need to think about what the next event should be"

I replied,"Great! I have an idea for a Lunch Room Party. We can put streamers, balloons, and lights everywhere and actually serve good food for once"

As I was talking, everyone was taking notes and nodding. I smiled because I was glad that they liked my idea. The whole time, Eli had his arm around me. I have never met anyone that was as supportive as he was.

"How much would this cost?" Asked our Treasurer, Conner.

I said,"About around a hundred bucks, tops"

"Awesome! We will have a Lunch Room Party in a few weeks. I think that's about it guys, here nothing left to really talk about" said Drew.

Everyone left. Except Drew, he was still taking notes.

"Hey, uh, Drew? I need to tell you something now" I said while tapping him.

He turned around and replied,"Oh yeah! Sure, shoot" said Drew.

I continued,"Um, I don't know how to say this Drew, but, i'm pregnant with your baby" after I was done, I bit my lip, so scared of what he was going to say.

He looked like he just had been electricuted. He finally said,"So uh, um, are y-you sure?"

I replied,"I'm going to my pediatrician tomorrow. I took a few tests already, it was positive"

Then Drew couldn't get himself together,"Clare, we used a condom! Man my Mom is going to kill me!" He started breathing heavily.

Eli said,"Dude, seriously try to be supportive here. You are the birth dad and you should help Clare and think of something"

"Okay, you're right. We should bring Clare to the doctor and see if she really is pregnant" said Drew.

"Thanks Drew" I said while walking out of the room with Eli. I was so relieved. It went better than I thought it would be.
