Alexandra's POV

What's going on? I thought as I heard laughter around me.

My surroundings became more clear and the faces that crowded me seemed more familiar. I was with a couple of my friends, Melissa, Lily, and Hayley. We were in a parking lot laughing at I don't even know what. Suddenly, sirens wailed and cop cars surrounded us.

"Put your hands up!" An officer stepped out the car with a gun pointed at us.

"What the hell?" My eyebrows knitted together in confusion. "What the hell did we do?"

Suddenly I wasn't with them anymore, and I was sitting in a car with a gun pointed at me.

"Three, two, one-" Somebody counted. "Fire!"

Gunshots sounded and I managed to jump out the car before the bullets came in contact with me. When I stood back up, I was in the front of a mall. I sprinted inside as the unmerciful voice of those cold hearted men shouted behind me, "Go! Catch her and kill her!"

I ran and sprinted up to the second level. The mall was empty, all except for the men chasing after me.

"Wait," A woman grabbed my arm and I let out a small scream before she clamped her hand over my mouth. "Don't be afraid, we're here to help you. My name is Ella."

Ella and another man led me away to hide in a store, where other people who were helping keep me safe surrounded.

"Why are you helping me? What have I done?" I whisper fearfully.

"Shh. Quiet now, Alexandria." Ella hushed me and took off.

Gunshots and shouting filled the rooms and my heart raced out of my chest. I shot up and ran out the store when a pair of arms grabbed me.

"No!" I screamed.

"Calm down!" A guy's voice told me.

I shut my eye tightly, expecting bullets to be shot through my chest any second.

"It's okay, open your eyes Alex." His voice gently whispered.

I slowly let my eyes open, and locked with familiar chocolate brown eyes staring back at me.

"See? It's just me." He said.

His name flew out my mouth as if I've said it one million times before. "Cameron?"

There, standing face to face, was Cameron Dallas.

A small smile crept up on his face. "Yeah it's me."

"Cam! We don't have enough time!" Another familiar voice shouted.

Appearing next to Cameron's side, was Nash Grier. Gunshots went off again and looking over Cameron's shoulder, I saw a group of men coming after us.

"Oh no." Nash's eyes widened. "We've gotta get some bus tickets or something. We have to get out of here."

"Run Alex!" Cameron yelled at me.

We a took off, the boys right behind me. I heard a thud and I stopped, turning around to the source.

Cameron was on the floor being held by three men.

"Cameron!" I scream.

"Go Alex! I'll catch up I promise!" He yelled.

"No I'm not leaving without you!" I cried, tears now streaming down my face.

Nash started to help fight off the men holding Cameron back.

"Run! We've got them!" Nash told me. "Go!"

I took off again and bursted outside. I ran and hid on the other side of the mall. With my back pressed up against the wall, I slid down and hid my face in my knees while I sobbed.

Cameron? Nash? What happened with you guys? I kept thinking.

The worst possibilities ran through my mind.

"Alex..." Someone shook my body. "Alex wake up. Wake up."

"Huh?" I gasped and then shot up, drenched with sweat. "Where am I?!" I panicked.

I took in my surroundings and found I was in a bed, some place I didn't recognized.

"Alexandria..." I look up and there he was.

He's still here. Both of them. But... I thought it was a dream.

"What do you remember?" He asked.
