The story starts with Maya (Nehalaxmi Iyer) standing in front of the mirror with tears rolling down her cheeks. She recalls what happened 2 months ago in her life. Something that changed her life and destroyed all her happiness.

Maya gets ready for her wedding. Her excitement forces her to dance. After all she's getting married to her boyfriend, her love interest, KARAN Singhania ( Leenesh Mattoo).
On the other hand, Karan Singhania who belongs to an elite business oriented family wears his wedding dress. Karan is the youngest of the 3 brothers. His eldest brother SHIVAAY (Nakuul Mehta) shifted to London 2 years ago leaving his wife ANNIKA ( Surbhi Chanda a) to stay with his family in India. Younger to Shivaay and elder to Karan is SIDDARTH ( Kunal Jaisingh), he is married to the daughter of a Rich businessman, AASTHA ( Shrenu parikh). And now it was Karans turn to get married to his love interest Maya.

Karan : Hey Siddarth, just give me 2 minutes.
Siddarth : hahaha, stop acting like girls. I don't think
that you need to wear makeup and all.
Karan: shut up siddarth, it's my wedding today. I
have to look the best. By the way, is
everything okay?
Siddarth: Yeah I just came to tell you that, Maya is
waiting for you in the mundup downstairs.
I want a promise from you Karan.
Karan: what is it?
Siddarth: Maya is one of the most honest employees
I have. She's a beautiful person inside out
Please never let her down in the future.
Karan : oh well okay..

Annika : come down guys. You have got a lot of time
talk after this wedding

One week after the wedding, Siddarth asks Maya to go for a business trip to London. He chose her to represent the SINGHANIA INDUSTRIES LTD. in the international conference.
|Aastha talks to Siddarth in their room|
Aastha : why did you choose Maya to represent our
industry. I'm also a part of this industry and
have more experience too.
Siddarth : Come on wifie, Maya is pretty much
skilled in such things. That's why I gave her
the chance.
|In Maya Karans room, Maya packs her bag|
Maya : I'm not a good wife. It's been Just one week
since we got married and I'm leaving you like
this.
Karan: Don't worry babe. Work is important. I'll
wait for you.
Maya turns her eyes towards Karan
Maya : I love you Karan
Karan: I love you too Maya
MAYA LEAVES FOR LONDON

the very next day, someone throws a sack in front of the Singhania mansion. The servants inform Karan about it. He opens the sack and to his shock, there is a girl inside it. She is badly injured. Bruises covered all her skin which was drenched in blood. Karan takes her to his room.
Karan : hey are you okay ma'am (throws water on
her face)
The girl ; hey please don't kill me. I'm innocent.
Please. Please leave me.
Karan: don't worry, you're safe here. Tell me who
are you and who did this to you?
The girl: My name is K... KAVYA. My father passed
away when I was 4. Since then my step
mother has been torturing me and now she...
Karan: oh shit, let's go to the police then
The girl : No sir, she is very dangerous. I should
better leave now
Karan: No Kavya. Your life can be in danger. Please
stay here with us until you recover from these
injuries atleast.
The girl : hmm.. But... Thank you so much sir.
