Halloween night

Chapter 1~Halloween night

One cold starry night, the night of all hallows eve there were three girls Aria, Luna, and Maya. They were at Aria's house talking about how excited they were that in about an hour it would be Halloween. Aria was on her phone probably on mystic messenger and Maya was petting a small purple stuffed cat. The next day around three pm Lily and Sofia showed up and all the girls but Maya did their makeup downstairs. Maya didn't want to do her makeup, after all, she didn't like makeup. All the girls put on their costumes, Luna was a fox with a caramel brown dress, tail, pom poms, ears and a hood. Aria was the same but her brother ripped her dress so it was a skirt now.
Lily was a witch she wore a cute short black dress with lace and a witch hat with purple accents she also had a purple tint to her hair. Sofia was a tiger, she just wore a fluffy onesie. Maya was Elise (idk what that is, it was a suggestion) it looked so cool! Luna's mom drove them to different areas like Dover and forest lawn the girls went to so many different places and saw many cool decorations. There was a house they went to, the man that answered the door was dressed as a clown with a big smile made of blood like a killer clown he had a fake knife in his head and a  weird look in his eyes like he had really killed before “Wanna come to my haunted house? It's just in the back.” the man asked after giving all of the candy
“No thank you, we’re good,” Lily said to him
All the girls started walking away down the steps but Luna stayed seeming zoned out, or preoccupied with something
“Sir what is that sound it hurts my ears and the music, the voice”
All the girls stopped to look back at her “What music and voice?” Aria asked looking super confused.
“The music it sounds like a dying cat screeching for help and the sound of static and a voice it said “Run before he gets you too”  Luna explained
They all looked at her in confusion “You didn't hear it, did you?” she asked
Aria looked at the other girls and then shook her head with a sorry expression on her face. Luna could still hear the sounds, it hurt her ears it was like a ringing, piercing sound she cupped her ears trying to block it out. The music was excruciatingly painful the voice talked again this time saying please run quickly she looked up at the girls still hearing the terrible sounds “I heard it” Aria said, “the sound it, it hurts my ears”
“We need to go NOW! Figure out what this is” Luna exclaimed
She looked at Aria with a worried look and her friend gave her a nod they walked down the steps down to the sidewalk the rest of the girls following. They all ran to the car got in and went straight home. Luna’s mom looked very worried while driving them back. She saw her daughter and Aria covering their ears. Once the five girls got back to Aria’s with their five large bags full of a variety of candy and pop they all went downstairs “let's do something to take our minds off of this” Lily suggested
“Prank?” Luna asked looking around at her friends
Sofia nodded and Luna called Alex who was with Liam, the sound was still there it just wasn't as bad it's like when they got farther away it got quieter.  Luna started telling them everything the sounds the voice then Luna’s phone buzzed it was Amelia Luna there's a man outside... “omg guys Amelia just texted me saying there’s a man outside the house”
What do you mean? Luna asked your lying she texted again  I'm not I’ll send you a picture Amelia texted then sent a picture of the man “she’s not lying” Luna said aloud “there’s a man outside the house”
The girls all looked at her when suddenly they heard a scream from upstairs. Sofia Lily and Maya started to head upstairs.  “Aria I'm gonna set my phone up and place it down here to record, just in case something happens.” Luna said, “no one will believe us if we don't have proof, so you need to record what happens upstairs, okay?
Aria looked at her “of course I'll do it”
