The nice fall breeze flows through my hair, and the sound of dried up leaves fall from the trees.
I take a sip of my Chai latte and let the hot drink engulf my body making me sigh with relief.
I was at peace. But I knew that I wasn't going to for long. I had to face reality one way or another but right now.
Right now I will be with nothing but my Chai latte and the smell of the soil while the damp cold air flows through my long brown locks.
"Belle!!"
Is that?
"Liv?"
I turn around and I see Liv. I see my one and only true friend. She has a big smile on her face that always seems to brighten my day "hey!!" Liv rushes over to me and immediatly engulfes me in a hug. I hug her back "where did you go last night, I looked all over for you" she pulls away and wraps her slender arms around my waist
"oh... well I didn't feel to well" I slightly bite my lower lip "you weren't feeling well?" She raises one of her eyebrows "yeah, I had a bit too much to drink and I didn't feel well" Liv snorts "what?" I pause "I'm telling the truth"
Liv scoffs and rolls her eyes "okay, why don't you tell me the full truth this time" I sigh slightly "I really didn't feel well... Luna came with me because she was scared I would hurt myself"
"You guys kissed didn't you" Liv says bluntly. Once I heard those words I nearly drop my latte and choke on my own spit "what?!" I bend down, resting my elbows on my knees while trying to catch my breath "no-no! Of course not-not!" I continue to cough "your such an idiot" Liv smiles gently and shakes her head "Belle, my love, you need to learn how to lie" Liv bends down next to me and caresses my cheek "you really are hopeless..." I look into her eyes and I could see pain in them. The immediate emotion of guilt crashes down on me and I look down to the ground, trying to avoid eye contact "hope one of these days you figure things out..."
