At Al Sanchez Rideshare, we are passionate to help Uber, Lyft and all other rideshare drivers because we truly value and appreciate their hard work and the value they provide to the average commuter. Modern day lifestyles are all about convenience and comfort, and rideshare drivers, including drivers who operate convenient facilities like Post Mate, Uber Eats, and Door Dash amongst others, are a major force in providing us this much-needed convenience.
Rideshare drivers are diligent and conscientious hard workers who add value to our everyday lives in the most meaningful of ways. They ensure our safety while traveling from one place to another, and they save a great many people from horrid drink-and-drive accidents. However, at Al Sanchez Rideshare, we are always pained to realize that despite being such productive and driven members of the community, rideshare drivers often feel underappreciated and underpaid for their diligence.
Financial, Mental and Physical Security
At Al Sanchez Rideshare, we wholeheartedly believe that all individuals have an equal right to all opportunities and facilities. This is one reason why we hold rideshare organizations, such as Uber and Lyft, in great esteem because they provide non-discriminatory opportunities to all those who seek to work hard.
As a team of professionals who have amassed immense experience working through the rideshare industry, we have identified multiple problems faced by rideshare drivers, along with their solutions. We understand that many drivers join this profession to simply improve their financial status and pursue their underlying goals and ambitions. For some, it is a part-time job to pay through business school, while others seek it as a resource to quickly pay off their mortgage bills or piles of medical payments.
Every rideshare driver has a unique story and reasons to take up this profession, and we at Al Sanchez Rideshare are extremely bothered about the fact that women still feel intimated and overwhelmed before joining up this profession. Despite all the innovations we witness in 2019, the rideshare industry is still struggling to make attractive and secure job opportunities to women rideshare drivers.
As a team that is dedicated and passionate about creating opportunities that add value to the lives of rideshare drivers, we have a well-defined agenda to help them through times of confusion, difficulty and financial quagmires. We consider ourselves a powerful force that will assist and nurture the growth and success of rideshare drivers through our Make-A-Wish Foundation.
