The birth of the Paws

Ayodele 
When I woke up I couldn't see or hear because I was a cub. All I felt was someone licking me, and the vibration on the ground Which was papas huge paw. My mom was cleaning me. Hi I'm Ayodele I am the oldest cub I'm very curious and sort of a bossy type but very nice. my mom's name is Bohale and my dads name is Nuru. After a couple of weeks, I could finally see and hearing my dad roar for the first time was scary it sort of knock me down but he picked me up before I fell to the ground. It was all so exciting because I wanted to roar just as loud as him or louder and knock and scared animals down with the roar . The next oldest my sister Pakpao she is so funny and caring . The next oldest after that is my brother Edu one of the toughest cubs I know. My youngest brothers name is Baako He's doesn't like to roar unless someone keeps messing with him he's also the cutest and the sweetest between all of us .

Pakpao

Hi I'm the only girl cub in the pride as of now. I'm the second oldest so ha I have some seniority over my two younger brothers. After mom was done cleaning me I went down to the water whole near me and drunk some water . All of us have to be in the eyesight of the pride where ever we go. I walked over to the water hole; mama was watching me closely as I dip my head down and tongue out. Before I did that I put my paw in the water to wash away the grass in my way. I turned around del was behind me he tried to pounce on me and instead I move so. He wanted me to play fight with him, and I didn't feel like it. While he pushed me into the water hole in a playful was mom was watching us with her head above her eyes, I loved her for watching us. Dad was talking to Edu near the edge of the rocky cliff and Baako was sleeping next to mom curled up under her like centipede .

As I lay smelling the different smells around me I felt a firm warm tongue rub against my head,  I knew it was bath time from mama I love being cleaned by mama she is gentle. Once mama was done with me I went to the last nipple "num num". After twenty minutes I was done eating.  I looked for papa he was sitting on the high rock near the edge. From where he sat it looked over a field of grass and some trees and mountains, I could hear birds chirping, something else that sounded like a horn, I heard "caw caw". Papa was a strong lion you I could feel it when I lay next to him his strong muscular legs. Papa loved to tell us stories, he told me that once he cracked open a crocodiles back with one claw. I was always amazed with what papa told me, he said that I would have strong like him one day.

Baako

I was the last one to get cleaned. After mama was done I ate from the num num then I went to sleep for a couple of hours . It was dark when I woke up mama was gone but papa was next to me I asked him where was mama he said that she went hunting with the other females in the pride. Mama was so big she had very sharp teeth that could cut a turtles shell open. Dele, Edu, Pakpao were around me so I felt very protected and warm . They were sleep me and papa were the only ones up. Me and him looked up into the sky it was pretty bright because of the moon it was a waxing crescent. They're we're lots of stars out he told me that each one of us has a star that follows us so that if we ever get lost that we could find our star and it will lead you home.

Jeez that was a lot of work pushing and cleaning, wow! but my cubs were all worth the pain. Their so cute they're going to be smart and loving strong Cubs. I told Nuru my husband that I was going out with the ladies to go hunting for food for the pride. There is a lot of us, but we get things done and keep the pride going. The guys will come and help to sometimes it depends how they feel and what kind of animal it is. We don't really care because they usually handle the territory markings and other things like walking miles and miles to find more source of food then they bring it toward us then we hunt them. As me and the other pride ladies get in our positions to attack this huge wilder beast, when we got it get it down the females bring it to the pride, the cubs eat first once there food then we devour. The other female of the pride got another small wilder beast that's a bonus for us, we bring them back to the pride we eat some of the wilder beast till we're fool. Bringing back to bed with me was a chewy bloody bone, I fell a sleep with a little bit of it hanging it in my mouth.

A couple of weeks before my cubs were born, I went out  and found some protea it's one of the softest flowers in the Pangeo. I made a nice bed where Bohale had the cubs. When I saw them all I could think was yes !! because Dele is very nice and I knew  his were roar was like mine , Pakpao has the smarts and techniques of her mom, Edu has the sharpest claws out of all of them and we all have good hearing but Baako has very good hearing like he can hear from miles away and he's also very Handsome and cute . We live in PANGEO it's a very nice place we have different animals that have have different territories. We live in the Northern Easter part Pangeo it's pretty hot here but we live in a sort of cave gray is mountain of rock that has a little ledges that we can go under from being to hot.
