Sylvana's Revelation (A Moment With Him II)

Third person's POV

They went quiet for a while, watching the dusk scenery slowly turn into night. Stein remembered something and asked Do you...have family issues? Sylvana looks surprised What? No, of course I don't have. After saying that, she looks at the scenery again and he noticed the downcast expression in her eyes despite the smile she's trying to keep up.

He simply said to her You're lying. She looks at him in surprise, she's about to say something but just sighed Yes, I'm sorry, Stein.

Can you tell me about it?

There's a long while of silence until a tear rolled down her eye.

Stein stiffened Forget what I just said. He chuckled dryly. Sylvana wiped her eyes I could say that your family situation is far worse than mine.

Stein listened as Sylvana started to talk I'll just make this as short as possible - ever since I was young, I'm what they call a family's black sheep.

Stein frowned What's the reason?

I don't know, ever since I was a kid, my 'parents' and my 'sisters' treated me poorly.
