*kenzie's pov* I woke up for my first day at a new school. I was kind of nervous I guess you could say, I have never lived anywhere else, I've never been away from home. It's sort of all new... I left all my friends behind. I left my boyfriend, Ashton. I looked at my phone to see a picture of me and Ashton and I smiled a bit.

I responded as I went down to the livingroom, "What?!"

I quickly put my phone down and tried to hold myself from tearing up. I then hear one of the car doors open. It was my mom, she looked at me. "What's wrong dear?" she asked worried. I looked at her then showed her the post. She got in and saw it. She then looled at me again saying "awh noo it's okay sweetheart, cry if you want, I am so sorry." Tears started falling down my face. I don't even know how he could have moved on so fast. It's only been a week. My mom tried to calm me down before I had to get out the car and go in the school. Once there was about no signs of tears I got out and told my mom that I loved her. I went in the school, the whole place was practically crowded. It took me atleast 10 minutes to find my locker and another 10 to find my first class. I was about 2 minutes late to Science, the teacher looked at me and asked "well hello miss, first day and you're already late." I could tell that I wasn't gonna like her this year just by her attitude, I responded, "I'm sorry I got a little lost." She nodded "I'm sure you did, go sit next to.." she looked at where there was an empty seat. "Miss Orlando" She pointed where. I sat down, right beside me was a girl, blonde hair. She was very pretty. She looked back at me and smiled.
*Skip til lunch break*
It was lunch already. Most of the day had been quite boring hear to be honest. I didn't know where to exactly sit though. I heard a voice, "over here!" I looked at where it was coming from. It was the girl from science class. I went to her table. "Hi.." I said quite shy. "Hello, you're new here right?" She asked. I nodded. " We should be friends, I'm lauren." She told me. "I'm kenzie" i said.
