Omega/Percy P.O.V:

I sighed with an air of annoyance, it was easier to pretend than to admit that I was actually terrified. I shifted from foot to foot nervously as I waited for all the houses to fill the dining pavilion. Huntress put a comforting hand on my shoulder and I could feel the warm smile from beneath her hood emulate soothingness. I rolled my neck in an attempt to alleviate some of the tension from it, before stepping up to the makeshift stage that Alpha and Angel had set up minutes before. The camp was in disarray, houses missing multiple people, the Hermes and Aphrodite houses missing the most. I cleared my throat,

"Attention... Camp children. " Behind me, I heard Mischief snicker and I attempted to kick him from behind me to get him to shut up. The demigods murmured amongst themselves and were only brought back to attention from a quick charmspoken whistle by Beauty.

"As of an hour ago, a new threat has been brought to our attention," I gestured to the six of us, "and we decided it was best to tell all of you so you know exactly what we're dealing with." I paced from one side of the stage to the other, ignoring the disdainful look Maxx shot my way.

"We are Chaos's Elite Team."

"I'd be surprised if you didn't know that already." Forge quipped from next to Zoe and I outwardly groaned,

"Oh my gods you guys this is supposed to be dramatic, can you shut up for one minute?!" I stomped my foot in mock anger and whirled to face Forge who gave a nonplussed shrug. The campers watched on in one part terror and one part amusement.

"As I was saying, we are the Elite Team. Chaos trained us to protect the universe and whatnot yadda yadda, you've heard it all before." I stopped in my place for dramatic effect, if there was one thing I was good at, it was making a serious situation incredibly not serious.

"Chaos had, well, has, a sibling. His name is Order and apparently decided Earth would be a great place to inhabit and then demolish." I stepped back from where I was standing and gestured for Alpha to step up instead.

"We thought he was defeated centuries ago, but it turns out he was just biding his time before he came back, stronger than ever." The campers looked between one another nervously and some of them even had tears slipping down their faces. Alpha m'med the crew. Do you think the Oracle of Delphi has a prophecy? I considered this for a moment. Last I knew she was at Camp Jupiter putting together some books? Angel immediately jumped on the line what books? Like Harry Potter books? Marvel comics? (A/N lmaoo catch me referencing my other fandoms) I smiled at her innocent comment. Unfortunately not, more like the Sybilline Books. Though don't ask me what they're about because I have absolutely no idea. What would Rachel even do for us anyway? I looked towards Angel, confused, who in turn looked at me just as confused. Who in the world is Rachel? We were talking about the Oracle of Delphi?! I stared at her before I remembered that she had died before Rachel became the oracle. I don't feel like explaining the whole thing right now but long story short, Rachel Dare is the Oracle of Delphi. I turned towards the demigods once more,

"I need the rest of the original seven, and Nico to meet me on the beach at nine p.m. sharp tonight. The rest of you need to get to training and honing your powers even more so than you already have been. There is danger coming and you need to be prepared to fight." I finished my mini-speech and turned to the rest of the team, silently asking if they wanted to add anything on. Surprisingly, Alpha did.

"This is the most dangerous threat that you've ever encountered. More than Kronos, and even more than Gaia. Those two beings were cakewalks compared to what's to come. Be ready." If the campers weren't scared yet, they definitely were now. Except for Maxx, who just looked mad.

"What about me? I'm coming with the original seven and Nico because I'm a child of Poseidon." Beauty cocked her head to the side and m'med the group, did anyone notice how that was more of a statement than a question? Typical Maxx, he never learns, I sighed inwardly at the overt show of pompousness. After being back at Camp Half-Blood for a few days, I realized that instead of getting angry, I should just laugh at him. He was more stupid than he was offensive.

"You're not coming." Forge said shortly, giving the bastard no room to argue. Maxx straightened his spine and puffed out his chest,

"But-" he began.

"No buts except yours staying right where it is." I finished for him, a small grin on my face at telling him off. I watched him turn to Annabeth in an attempt to convince her to let him come meet us on the beach. I also watched as Annabeth set her mouth in a grim line and shake her head no before backing out through the crowd and start the trek back to her cabin. I creased my brows in question, before giving the crowd a dismissive wave of my hand and turned to face my friends.

"Come on Omega, we have to get ready to leave." Zoe slipped her hand between mine and gave it a quick squeeze in reassurance of what was to come.
