That derpy cat is called Fin, or Finley or sometimes Phineas and Ferb (blame my mother). I'm not 100% sure he is a cat because he doesn't act like a normal one. The easiest way to describe him is that annoying kid in class who no one likes but still has the teachers ignoring their comments but reacts when people retaliate, we used to blame our other cat but realised that Fin was to blame
