Percy Jackson stuck with Annabeth

Chapter 1

Percy POV

"Are you kidding me? I won't. Especially not with her" I say while crossing my arms. Chiron just told me that I have to go on a quest with.... oh just wait for it... Annabeth Chase, Miss. I know everything. 

"Percy, you have to! Aphrodite said that you two need to restore the missing cage to her ex-boyfriend's house. I'm not sure why and this quest sounds really suspicious but you need to. You can't disappoint the gods." Chiron says. He's right.

"Urrrghhhh. Can I go with someone else? You know how much I dislike her." I say with a convincing voice. 

"What do you have against her? Annabeth is a sweet, smart, and caring girl, Percy."

"NO! She is obnoxious, a suck up, and a nerd. She's just so annoying." I answer.

"Well, I hate to say this, but you two will train today and leave first thing in the morning. You hear?" Chiron says. "You need to get along." After Chiron said that, I just walked out of the Big house. No way am I going on a quest with Annabeth Chase.

Annabeth POV

"Nope. I won't." 

"C' mon Annabeth. You have to go on the quest"

"not with him" You may be wondering why I am saying this? Chiron just asked me to go on a quest with Percy Jackson. Stupid, annoying, and Mr. I'm good at everything Jackson. Oh heck no. After a pointless argument with Chiron, I just leave the Big house and run into Percy. Or should I say, Seaweed brain.

"Watch where you're going, brainiac," Percy says while rolling his eyes.

"Oh geeeeeez. Sorry, Mr. Everything has to be perfect for me." I say as I scoff.

"Whatever. Did Chiron tell you about the quest?" Percy asks with clear annoyance.

"Yeah. But I already said that I'm not going to do it." I say and start to walk away.

"wait annabeth, how about we make a deal with Chiron so we get something good out of going to the quest? Cause I know Chiron isn't going to let you skip a quest." Percy says as he jogs up to me.

"nope. your deals are useless"

"please"
"no"

"pretty please?? I have to go on this quest so why not get something with it?"

"fine."

"yessss."

"what is your deal then?"

"uhh.. how about we discuss it at dinner!" Percy says walking away.

"whatever seaweed brain."

"I heard that wise... person...no... wise.... girl! I heard that wise girl!" Percy yells. I roll my eyes. This is going to be a long month.
