STORY DESCRIPTION:

In Empyrea, the land hidden beneath the draping curtains of the horizon, there exists human-like creatures in control of two different forms of magic, light and dark.

     Esmeray is the fourth-born of the King from the Dark Lands. However, she herself knows that she will never be an heir nor will she ever be treated like one.

     For she was born out of wedlock. An illegitimate child. The king's bastard of a daughter, and that's exactly what the folks never failed to remind her every single day. Eventually, she grew tired of it and at the age of fourteen, she was permitted to leave Empyrea and live life as a normal creature, away from the discriminating eyes of her father's people.

     It's been five years now and Esmeray, who turned out to be a godsend of a beauty is a member of the most famous line of young celebrities in this generation.

     Why would she even think of setting foot in Empyrea again when her life as a human being is a life dreamed of by many?

     Unfortunately, a messenger from Empyrea stopped by her apartment to give an answer to the question.

     The King has just died in his sleep.
