Chapter X

I woke up in my living room, without really knowing how did I end up there.

I was feeling sick, and I think I knew the cause to that. I fainted because of what I just told Miss Williams. Kailey didn't really helped me there so yeah, I had to lie, and all of this didn't help me get rid of the feelings I had for Emily.

I lay down, trying to forget what happened, and hoping I could feel better after a moment.

That's when I heard footsteps coming from the kitchen, closer and closer, until they stopped right next to the couch where I was lying.

My heart was beating really fast, I was afraid because I didn't know who it was, and what will happen if the person saw me.

I got up, seating on the couch, and then I looked up to see who it was.

That's when I saw her, Miss Williams, looking at me with her magnificent blue eyes.

What is she doing here?

We were still looking at each other, that's when she decided to speak.

" Hi there, you're finally awake " she said smiling at me.

I was confused, I didn't know what happened, or how she ended up in my house.

I felt my heart going crazy, my feelings were just growing stronger with time.

" What happened? " I said, trying to understand why she was there.

" When you left, I was heading home, but when I was leaving, I saw you lying on the floor. I didn't know what happened. At first I thought someone hurt you, but then I figured out you fainted. " she said, with what seems a worried look on her face.

" I then decided to bring you home, because I already knew where you lived, and I decided to search for your keys. "

I didn't really know what to say, it was nice of her, but the fact that I was there, alone, with her, freaked me out a little bit. I tried my best to hide how I felt about her.

" O-Oh thank you. I didn't mean to disturb you, if you want you can leave now " I said, waiting for her to say that she had to go.

" No it's nothing. You just had me worried back there. I don't have anything to do for tomorrow, so I'll stay with you for a bit, in case you decide to faint again " she released a small laugh.

She was worried about me ?

She then went to the kitchen, and took a glass from the upper shelf. I was surprise how well she knew where all the stuff was. She must've had the time to visit my house.

She came back with a glass of water, and handed it to me. I took it, thanking her with a smile.

She sat next to me and I felt my heart going once again crazy. I needed to stop this, these feelings were starting to be a problem in my everyday life.

I looked at her and didn't know what to say, it was weird, we were just staring at each other.

" I have to apologize once again Jessica, for what I said the other day, I didn't mean it. " she said, with a sad look on her face.

" Don't worry, I understand that you didn't mean to say it. " I looked at her, and focused on her beautiful blue eyes, that I just couldn't resist.

She was driving me crazy. But she was also making me feel safe, and the only person that could do that was my mom.

I started thinking about her, and I felt immediatly sad.

Before I even realized it, I was in Miss Williams' arms, hugging her.

I felt safer than ever, and let myself fall into her warm embrace.

When we stopped the hug, our faces were just inches appart. And I could feel my heart beating really fast. That's when I decided to do something really reallly stupid.

I just couldn't take it. I decided to do the only thing I could think of. I kissed her.

I cupped her face, and put my lips to hers.

Her lips were just so soft that it drove me even crazier.

That's when she took both of my hands and pulled me away.

I think I've done something stupid.

" What are you doing?! " she said with a discusted look on her face.

" I-I " I didn't know what to say, I knew that what happened was a mistake, but all of this was because of these dump feelings.

" You know what Jessica, I don't even want to know. See you tomorrow at school " she said, before rushing out of my house.

I did something very stupid, and I knew she was mad at me, but unfortunately it was too late.
