Chapter 1:Drax Smith?

Danielle's POV

"Oh my Go spook at her all soaking wet,ew"I heard a girl try to whisper to her friend.As I walked down the hallway with all eyes on me.

I have ears for Pete's sake.

"Hey Dude,look at miss sunshine over there,she looks like a giraffe peed on her."A student who look like he had been taking drugs and drinking and always came to school hungover told his friend

I swear some people in this school need help.l and I guess your wandering why does a story start with a girl soaked wet?Or why is she called miss sunshine? Or....I don't know anything but why it's happening to me well....

*Flashback*

My alarm had set off from my phone screaming Bad Luck in my ears."Hmmmm,5 more minutes damn clock."I really didn't have much strength because I was up all night watching pretty little liars from beginning because why not?I finally found my strength and turned it off.

"Just five more minutes okay."And so I went back to sleep for 5 minutes...

*End of flashback*

No it isn't!Roll the tape completely!

*17 minutes later*

I feel like I'm forgetting something..."I turned to to face my phone,"That's weird,My alarm hasn't go off yet.Whats the time?"I picked up my phone to check and It read 6:34AM...

.....

"Oh fuck!I'm late!And missed the bus!And beginnjng of senior year!Wow,way to go me."I grabbed my towel and ran to the bathroom had a quick shower,and wore my uniform.I couldn't comb my hair so I had to put it on my bag as I grabbed it and raced downstairs.I was about to reached for the handle When I saw my eldest brother,Nathan laying 9n the sofa.Wait!He was here the whole time!

"Oh hey,the bus left 7 minutes ago.I saw you sleeping but I thought to myself you'd probably wake up soon.Guess I was wrong!"He grabbed the remote from the centre table and started to flip through channels.

"You are so lucky Nathan you are on a holiday from university,so lucky and Andrew left without me!"

"Yeah,probably thought you would wake up early too,oh well we predicted wrong."

"Ugh,you are also infuriating!"I opened the door and slammed it behind me with rage.

And great it's going to start raining I guess I have to run,thank God school isn't far from here that and I have endurance.

Please let it not rain heavily

*END OF FLASHBACK NOW*

And I guess life decided to be a bitch to me today cause wow,did it rain bad.Sp I'm dripping wet still and looking like a sea monster.

"Oh my gosh,what happened?"I know is familiar.

"Missed you too Travis."I answer him but grabbing my books from my locker.

"Sorry but seriously how!?!"Travis took the chance of my not focusing on him to grab a snack from my bag."And do everything in your bag is wet now.I fidmt make myself any lunch cause i thought you would bring some...well in good shape that is." I finally decided to turn and face him.

"You're such a good best friend."I give him a sarcastic smile as I punch his shoulder,"But anyways I missed the bus so I decided to run then started raining hard and here I am.I haven't even combed my hair yet."I reach into my bag and grab my comb and had it to Travis to help comb my hair.To be honest he takes care of my hair more than I do.

"Did you hear?"Travis said changing the topic.

"Hear what?"

"Drax broke up with Raina yesterday in a party,in front of like I don't know almost the entire school!"He asked the last part as he combed my hair to hard.

"Ouch!"

"Sorry"

"Who's Drax anyways?"I felt another tug on my head."Ouch!BE GENTLE!"He turned to me giving to must surprised face I've ever seen."What?"

"Are you alive?"

"Hmm...no no I'm just the dead amongst the living.OF COURSE I AM ALIVE YOU.I just don't pay attention to somethings okay."

"That's how you won't know when people are trying to kill you."

"YES I WILL!"I hissed at Travis as he held his hands up in the air in surrender.

"Hey guys!"A familiar voice called from the other side of the hallway running towards us.It was my second bestfriend Jasmine.She's the shortest among all of us so we are really protective of her.Her glasses ste so huge that so it makes her look like a kid."Drax broke up with Raina in front of like almost the whole school!That's like pretty bad for Raina.I feel bad for her."

"I know right."Travis replied her.They started talking about the whiz Drax situation while I was totally lost."Oh yeah,Danny doesn't know which Drax is."

"You don't know who Drax Smith is!?!"Jasmine turned to me in shock.I shrugged.Who even names their child Drax anyways it just doesn't make sense."Are you alive?"

"Jeez,yes."I rolled my eyes at her and grabbed the books for today when the bell rang.

"We'll show you Drax today."Travis said as he headed towards the other direction with Jasmine,while I went in the other.Its too bad I don't offer the same  subjects with them.

When walking to class I wasn't paying attention to my front because I was searching for my phone in my bag and collided with a hard body.I didn't zip my bag so all my things fell out."Hey,watch where you're going."I look up to see the figure of the person who's face I didn't see properly walk away like as if nothing happened and I'm invisible,"Douchebag"I whisper to myself as I pick up all my books and put them back in my bag this time zipping it up and continued my ways to my class thinking of how rude that person was and how I'll give him a piece of my mind.
